I own a 2001 Honda Civic LX 4 door with just under 239000km. The last time i filled up, my fuel mileage was 44.2 mpg/6.32ltrs per 100km. I love my Honda!
I just bought the touring civic two days ago...its honestly an amazing car and its definitely a head-turner. Its amazing on gas so far and the feel of driving is phenomenal. I'm in love with this car and so is almost everyone that I show the car to
I'm 6'3 and 190 lbs. I've had my 2016 EX-T for almost a month. I'm still surprised by how much I love it. The inside surprised the hell out of me. Now keep in mind, I went from a 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro4X 6spd manual to this (manly for gas cos I put over 100 miles a day just commuting to work and back). I was looking at the Accords and the sales woman suggested I indulge her by sitting in a Civic. I hesitated but agreed. I went home in that car that day! Pearl white: it's gorgeous (when it's clean ha ha). The ONLY complaint is that because I do drive for almost an hour each way to work, my right leg starts to ache due to resting against the center column but there are ways around that. I highly recommend this car to anyone, no matter their size.
lRAY1337 None whatsoever. I've put almost 10,000 miles on it in two months and I love it. (I drive 100 miles one way to work everyday. It's about 250 a day by the time I get home at night.) The only thing I would recommend is really getting to know the "infotainment" system right when you get it. I took my car to Honda cos I couldn't get the remote start to work to save my life. They quickly explained that I never turned it on in the systems part of the touch screen. Face palm.. If you get it, you'll love it.
Vincent2wice Yep. That original comment was made about 6 months ago and I had 9,600 miles on my Civic. I just went out to the garage and I have 19,823 on the clock. I still love it as much as when I bought it too. 😁
I like the format of this video. I watch tons of auto review videos. The sound quality of this video is substandard. Get a microphone if you are not using one or if you are do a sound check.
my only "general" complaint is that they chose to stick with a traditional trunk rather than a sleek hatchback rear opening. it just makes life easier.
The 2016 Civic EX T it's quick, light, tight, low, agile, but the headliner almost touch my head. Coming from a HRV 6M thats a deal breaker, the cabin still small for me or maybe it's something that a tall person has to deal with it. The space for the legs too tight. I'll keep the slow HRV only because is roomier.
I recommend that you normalize the sound in your videos. I'm trying to watch this at night and continually have to turn the volume down during the questions and then turn it back up during the review.
i can Drive a manual just fine but i prefer not to i just like to get in and go and not have to worry about shifting gears all the time in the stop and go traffic we have over here so im happy this Car is Automatic Only with the Turbo, also it makes MPG last longer as well. Screw Manual Shifting. that's the Only Reason Why i will never buy an Si or Type R there Manual only
I wanna buy this car but parents say its a waste of money. For all u car guys or girls out there how do hondas engines and repair costs compair to rivals such as the elantra. Thanks
haha repair costs. I had a 1994 Honda Accord I bought in 1998. I had it for 10 years. The only reason I sold it is I moved out of country. I replaced the radiator in 2005 and other than oil changes and regular maintenance that was it. I'm buying a 2017 Honda Civic EX-T coupe when they come out with the manual. Other than the recall on the 2.0 engine, I feel Hondas are pretty sturdy as long as you maintain them. My aunt had a 1989 Honda Civic that she never changed the oil in unless I came to visit, it ran in Houston traffic for over a decade.
Is it fun to drive? I mean..look at it this way. According to www.zeroto60times.com the 2016 civic touring has a 0-60 and 1/4 time that is equivalent to a 1996 Mustang GT. I mean, the SI is just a little faster. (The touring makes 0-60 in 6.8 seconds, the SI in 6.2)
Sorry fo bad vraiting i'm from Ukraine. I have honda civic 5 dors 2008 i orange collar civic werry good cars and werry big insait mor bigar back then have accord werry economik car 2.5 galons in 100 miles, and werry strong parts in Ukrania werry bad rods to many big holl bat this car dont damaged still long time
Bro you came out of the trunk to show the space. I love this

Emilio C What?
100 miles to work one way??? wtf... that's why you don't work 4 states away. yikes

My first car will be that... Soon 😎😎
Interview format not working for me. The voice over sounds all wrong and is hard to listen to.
Nice vid Seyth. I think this new Civic is really nice. Hoping to see a RHD version of it in my country(Barbados) soon.
Oh my God, you're so tall! the Civic looked so small...lol

my only "general" complaint is that they chose to stick with a traditional trunk rather than a sleek hatchback rear opening. it just makes life easier.
yeah, it should've been a liftback. and they made the hatchback a liftback instead, not a real hatchback
I purchased one and I am loving it! Thanks for the overview!
How do you like it 2 years later?? Any cons vs pros
Nice review guys, butta the constant change in volume is kinda disrupting. While watching I had to adjust the loudspeakers many times:((
Hope I can this car on a good deal next month man want the hatchback version fully loaded
great informative video and to the point
Is there a way to opt. out of CVT or TURBO? ( esp. if you are looking at an automatic transmission) Or am I stuck w/ one or the other?

How tall are you
mariano sagastegui I'm 6'3 and the headliner is a good 4 inches above my head. And that's on top of having a ton of hair.
can you please talk about Honda sense, the dealer can't guarantee on the collision mitigation... doubtful if it really works :(
I recommend that you normalize the sound in your videos. I'm trying to watch this at night and continually have to turn the volume down during the questions and then turn it back up during the review.
I want to buy it but how reliable is it ?
Why did they have to put that fugly orange reflector by the front wheel?
What I learned... Carrying dead bodies from place to place is really easy.
Please for GOD'S SAKE make the headlines quieter and the voiceover louder... equalize the volume... my ears are bleeding...
it's a Tupperware?!
Amazing!
An obvious negative that fails to be mentioned is the lack of CD player.
Just bought my Touring yesterday and love it...just wish it had a CD player.
Wanna trade for my 2006 Civic? I'm ready to kill for a Bluetooth equipped car.
Something about it at 0:57 reminds me of the Crosstour lol

Good video!
*Jesus Christ loves you and cares for you have a good day everyone*
the question thing, I find it pretty dumb, and the voice pff.. but good information

silverdraggin wow thats pretty crazy. I might cop the coupe
elantra are shit. dont compare civic to a piece of crap.
so cop a civic?
Cop a non turbo model. Turbo are more costly to maintain if you are a poor ass. Get manual in 2.0L gives you vtec.
I'm 6'4 so this help

i have this car.....there is no CD player and AUX :(
Ryan Moment technically Apple CarPlay and android car play work as aux ? Lol
Are u serious? 🤣🤣 it has bluetooth genius! 😂
turbo motor no manual transmission option.. wtf really honda? guess i gotta wait until next year. hopefully.
Only fault wth this car is the infotainment system. It’s slow to respond. That’s all.
it has a mustang look to it
please get rid of that dorky dude asking those stupid questions ... that would make your reviews way better...
naaah.. don't buy. no thanks.
horrible format, dude is awkward too... nahh wont follow
