These cement vessels are so fun to make and perfect for candle making.
Repurpose the vessel! Soy wax is easy to clean. Once the candle is done, clean the excess wax with soap and water. Concrete vessels make great.

Hi, it's all Depending on the results achieved during demolding. If fully dried, I wait 24 hrs. If there are visible wet spots, 48 hrs.

Hi Tricia, I’m sorry to hear.
Without knowing too much, the following comes to mind.
Cement - try to change the brand. I have had great results with Cement All. It’s multi- purpose and solidifies in 3 hrs.
Water- another thought is the amount of water. Perhaps you should increase the amount of water. Are you adding any color?
If so, acrylic and pigments tend to thicken up the mix. Adding water will help. 😊

Hi! Hmmm with limited info I wouldn't be able to tell you. Try using less water to and allow additional time for curing.

Hi!! I typically use 4:1 ratio. 4 part cement and 1 water. In some instances a may reduce or increase water slightly depending on the consistency.
