How do I find the "0 point"? I don't understand which end of the metal part at the bottom is pointing to the number I want since it's it looks the same on both sides. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to use this grinder and can't find any actual step-by-step instructions anywhere on the internet 😭
Zero point is when you dial it to finest and can't dial it anymore, that's your zero point. For example, recipe is 8-clicks, you start to count 1 from zero point when dialing-in.

The grinder motor is not that powerful to grind light roasted beans at lower grind size, the grinder will stall.
The burr is similar to Chestnut C2?

Mine broke today, 2 years of use, once a week.
