how hard or simple was the conversion from the 'master TCU' to the 'TCU' interface?

Just subscribed 😃 replacing my gen 2 levo this winter and was hoping to upgrade to AXS too. Do you think the 170mm AXS post will be ok in an s3 frame?
Nice!! Yer 170mm should fine but it’s all down to fit and preference of course. Worth measuring with your current setup

Shirtings perfect! To be honest it is just another mech with pretty good shifting until you smash it into something and you realise how flimsy mech hanger mechs are. You really can drag it through the ruts with no worries!
Nice bike. So you did not use the T-Type Chainring? The flat top chain works well with the stock Levo chainring?
Yer used the T-type chain and kept the stock chainring until I fitted an Ochain to it then I used the Ochain chainring. All worked perfectly! Cheers! Mat
I want to ask something. if we change the button, can we use the dropper post axs reverb controller as a gear shifter with the shifter button? Or the dropper controller only using for seat?

Lovely bike - how easy is it to remove the controller? I've got AXS about to go onto my Levo and being able to remove one more cable is appealing
Yer pretty easy dude. Just pop the TCU out and disconnect it. Getting the cable out of the cable guide in the frame is a bit of a faff but just push the inner plastic guide inwards and you can sneak the cable past it. This only works with the non screen TCU though if you want to change modes whilst you ride. You could use the app to change modes of course if you’ve got the screen type TCU but it’s a consideration for sure. The non screen YCU has a mode button which is why I downgraded to it from the screen TCU. Hope that helps! 👍🏻🎉

Cheers dude! I stuck with the S4. Still a bit of an in between size in my opinion but it works nice in the slack setting. Fork is at 160mm 👍🏻

They are happening! Just got lazy and didn’t fit them. But also I wanted to go back to RSCs and see if I could tell the difference. I can! The hopes are unreal!!
Do you know if the ohlins ttx2 with the bigger aircan fits the levo?
No it would foul the frame. Plus you dont want the bigger air can as the bike would run through its travel too much.

Only on a Stumpy Evo and it make a world of difference. Im sure it would do good things to a levo aswell! @@chrisanderson8578
@@BRINKUK that's good to hear. I have a long shock kit waiting to fit and it looks like I'm going to be putting a rockshox deluxe ultimate coil on it. The one with hbo. If it doesn't work out then the ohlins you're riding looks a good shout.

Removing the tcu is a downgrade
Can’t run a Mastermind TCD without the remote and still change modes. No expensive screen to crack either. Smart “downgrade”
Those people with high engagement hub and O-chain.... Create problem and fix it. What a useless combo!
