- With the power of social media, it's easy to get caught in the trap, of continually upgrading personal rifle, aka your daily driver. Maybe it's different height mounts or adding a laser even though you don't have nods. Copying the rifle set up of your favorite IG Influencer the list goes on. We all have been there, and for some are still there. Today's review is on my personal "daily driver". The rifle I shoot for flat range classes, the rifle I use when I am working on my base line fundamentals.

Like I say, keep it simple. I took a rifle class over the weekend with my 10.5 and an sig Romeo5 on a unity riser and didn’t have one hiccup all class.

Good stuff. My daily is a BCM 14.5” ELW with EXPS3 on Unity riser, Surefire mini with Malkoff head, SSA trigger, CTR stock with riser, MBUIS pro’s, and BFG sling. Sometimes I’ll run it with a 3x magnifier on qd mount but usually not just to keep it simple.
How is a geissele a "prius". It's one of the most heavy duty we'll built AR-15s their are??????
Rocking my mk18 with the suppressor and fixed DD irons and eotech. I have a chinesium peq-15 for aesthetic and a cloud defense light with a push cap. That’s more than most people ever need imo.
There’s some pretty Gucci stuff in that build. The only thing it’s missing is force multipliers like IR kit or magnification.

BCG is very important too

Fun fact, you can buy two radian adac lowers for the price of one RD15 lower

More fun fact, you can buy 2 griffin mk2’s for the price of one radian lower. And it’s less than the aero pro too. Don’t check my math, because I didn’t either
@@msquared9605 lol I may be slightly off on my math too, all good. The griffin is definitely the best deal right now on a lower and I will say, the RD15 upper is great and I’m glad they are selling it separately now.

@@jonathanmiller5701 I have a couple of surefire minis. I just don’t use them. I get sick of the carbon lock. And with how soft the URGI rifles shoot. I don’t really want the front end weight
@@rdrgear would you run one on a SBR? I have a 12.5 I go back and forth if i want to suppress.

@@dimemmo URGI depending on where you buy these are going for 1100 on average. Light you could use a Streamlight for under 200. You don’t have. To use a T2. The Holosun 503r is a great optic 165.00 Amazon. Mount you could run any variant. Again depending on where you shop. 1600-1800 investing in one quality rifle is a better invested than multiple budget rifles. iMo
