I might have to do one of these in the near future, it's always nice to see a few different people doing the same task. Sometimes there's a strong consensus, sometimes there are as many different methods as there are people doing the job 😅

I have a 2004 2.2 DCI X-Trail and it's making a right old racket when below 1k revs, with or without the clutch engaged. Over 1k revs and it pretty much disapears (maybe a slight noise between 1-1.5k but not often) After seeing your video I'm wondering a failing flywheel is the cause. It's loud enough to get people looking when I'm at a traffic light. Would what I've describes sound about right for a dodgy dual mass flywheel? I can't think what else it could be. Thanks!
