Hi doc, I'm 40 years old had 1x Mis carriage 1x Suspected miscarriage 🤔 When I was in my early 20s was in a 10 year relationship then and am now been in a going on 7 years.. My partner is 39 has no children, had some tests done last year & checked out fine. Over the years I've had a majority of tests an just last year an HSG, ultrasound ect and checked out fine.. My weight when we first met was at 67kgs where it was for atleast the first 5 years of our relationship in my younger days and we've never used protection.. Now I'm sitting at a whopping 96kgs but and all they can say is drop weight but I've never been able to get pregnant even prior to the weight gain.. While I will endeavor to execute my weight and observe and direct everything you've taught to date.. Do you have any other suggestions that may help?

First, be encouraged ladies. Dr. I had bilateral hydrosalpix, the remove one fallopian tube and tie the other, i also have fibroids which the doctor indicated needs to be removed. Some other issues of concern: 1. HbA1C 2. I have to do a test to rule out beta thalassemia. Since they found I had anaemia which was corrected with supplements. I have started on the IVF journey which requires a lot of tests. My concern is managing the stress that comes with the process.
I did one this year in January and it failed. My mom helped with the money. I wasn't ready for the ivf yet because I had just healed my years long of high prolactin. I was practically forced to do it. It was like I knew my body still needed more help and welp the ivf was unsuccessful. 😢
Hello Doctor, thankyou for your helpful videos. My fertility doctor completed all the pre-req tests. Everything looked fine. But my first IUI was not successful. She did not even tell me why it happened. I took clomid. Now she told me to go for second IUI with the same treatment plan. My gut tells me there is something not right with the thickness of endometrial lining. Should I change the medication? can you please guide me? I completely lost hope. I would not take dhea without Check, it is hormon, omega3 and d vitamin i think we can take, as far as i know, d vitamin should be min 60 if we wish Baby.
Hello Dr. Marc,. I have a 39 × 29mm subserosal *fibroid (on the posterior wall of uterus). My Vitamin D level was 7 last month and stress levels remained high. Kindly let me know: 1. Would you suggest removing it via surgery before getting pregnant? 2. How long can I wait and try natural ways (exercise and diet) to shrink the fibroid? *The fibroid caused a persistent filling defect on right side in the uterine cavity as shown in HSG. I also have a 9 mm polyp and blocked right fallopian (because of polyp/fibroid may be) for which I will be undergoing laparoscopic surgery and one hydrosalpinx as well 🙁.
Doctor, I had 2 rounds of IVF- i am 37, AMH 1.1, FSH- 8. First cycle gave me 11 mature eggs. During the second one I Had 8 growing follicles, but we got only 1 mature egg out of them. Is that normal? I was told I have dor. I am 30 years old and my amh is 1.0. I am having late or almost 2 - 3 months of missed periods. I did my first IVF and they retrieved 2 out of 1.
