Does AMH fluctuate monthly? I have a drastic decrease in my AMH level. Last November my AMH was 2.46 and in March it was 0.6 and in July was 0.7. I’m now 39 y/o and I’m very hopeful of having another child.

I have seen them do this. There are many variables that can contribute to this change.
