Andrew Bernard. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have some serious health problems and am dealing with a severely restricted diet. This recipe was crazy good even with the changes I had to make because of my health concerns. The recipe is solid! I just left much of the sodium behind. Thank you!!!

I blame you for the fire roasted tomatoes, coconut milk and cardamom in my cupboard. I was also like... WHY IS HE BLENDING THAT GOODNESS!? Then you always make it make sense. I started thinking, this could be a different version of salsa. Will the sauce get thick if I refrigerate it? Could the sauce be a dip? I spiraled with possibilities.... PEEEAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCE!

Every recipe of yours that I've tried has been rich and delicious. I love the sounds (sliding, sizzling etc) and silence at the beginning of each video. Since I've been watching , I love listening to my own preparation sounds. Thank you for originality, eloquence and of course amazing cooking.

Hey There!!!!!! I. AM. GLAD. I. FOUND. YOUR CHANNEL!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
I'm going to grate the cauliflower so that my toddlers will try it. YOUR A BLESSING!!
My Body is always sore. I had 2 births, I'm 27 and I felt old. Had a minor stroke last year. My brain feels like it's slowed down a tad. I tried the Ghana Masala Recipe and you had me CONVINCED!! I've only been making your recipes lately. They have changed my life! Thank you!! (happy tears)

Really liking your videos, the way you produce them and lay them out is great! I tend to use recipes as a guide for what I am cooking, so not having the measurements does not bother me. I was looking up what induction burner you use. The link provided does not go to the ISILER you use. It links to a Duxtop. I ordered the ISILER yesterday, same day on Amazon. It is great! Just thought I would let you know, in case you need to update the link.

It was delicious! I used an air fryer for the cauliflower. I also cut up some russet potatoes and toss them in some of the sauce and also threw them in the air fryer; they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And I added chickpeas to the sauce. I made fennel zebra rice to with it all. Fresh mint for garnish!

Not a vegan, but this popped up on my front page and just had to check it out. Very excited to see more of your videos! Always good to find reasons to put more veggies in my diet, but of course, again, not vegan, so i'm probably going to 100% be substituting some ingredients and adding meats in there.
For this one, I feel like adding some chicken breasts marinated in the same stuff would be beautiful! Or making this in a Dutch oven and letting the chicken just simmer in the sauce...might serve it over rice too. Definitely need to try this!

Thank you so much!!! I appreciate you all. I am literally cooking this meal right as I am typing. I have only 2:51 seconds remaining from baking the cauliflower. By the way, I will be adding a can of garbanzo beans to my Butter Cauliflower meal and I will be cooking some Indian Basmati Long Grain Brown Rice 😊😊😊. Last weeks meal I cooked the Vegan Sloppy Joe, from you which is amazing! I had frozen the remaining in mason jars. So this week, I will alternate my dinner between the two meals. Thank you, as I can’t wait to sink my damn teeth into this meal 🥘 YUMMY 😋 🤤😝

It is so flagrant and I enjoy eating what I call pungent tasting flavors. By the way, Indian cuisine is my top favorite food to eat. OMG!!!
I can tell by what spices you use in all your recipes that you have an amazing palette. Thank you for making my vegetarian journey a epicurean adventure. At 60 my body is yelling for veggies and I'm listening.

I make something verrry close to this (meaning that there's no fire roasted tomatoes, and I grind onions, garlic, ginger, a few red chillies and curry leaves up and fry off.), and throw in potatoes, carrots and garbanzo/cannellini beans for added volume. Great with rice, chapattis, naans or just 9n it's own!

Just in time! I was using a jarred curry blend sauce that was very good but the price recently soared from $3.00 to almost $7.00! So it's time to make my own, something I probably should have been doing anyway. I've looked at other recipes but the prep time was hours, this looks just right and so easy. Can't thank you enough.

I’ve made this tonight, but I confess I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower. It works in this dish, though. Since I don’t love cauliflower, I went the aloo gobi wannabe route and added some cooked fingerling potatoes to the final dish along with more spices to tip the balance over to a typical Indian meal. It’s definitely delicious and doesn’t require long cooking and so I’m very happy.

Looks great and I love your dishes, I just wish you gave actual measurements in your videos.

I'm someone who had been plagued by food aversions my whole life. It makes my husband crazy. The minute you added fire roasted tomatoes, and I saw the chunky(ness), I was like...nope. Not gonna eat that. Then like an angel, you blended them. Which now makes it edible to me. I know, I know. Oh well. But in the end, it looked amazing.
