Bellissima esecuzione... anche questi sono brani sui quali ho e sto studiando anche io :-) nella loro semplicità sono "completi" dal punto contrappuntistico e bellezza del tema poi suonate così bene ! (mi piacciono tanto la 961 e 962)... Mi chiedevo vedendo le immagini del clavicembalo molto bello del maestro liutaio Sebastiano Cali del perché di un supporto ligneo dello strumento così "massiccio" e alto ... adesso ho capito ...

What a beautiful instrument - and in tune. This is how I want to believe that Bach had his instruments sounding, well-built, well kept, and well tuned. ❤ (And I love the tempi!) Did nobody ask why you play standing up? You prefer to stand up playing? The instrument was made to play standing? The instrument can be raised so that the player can stand?
The stand has been copied from the painting by Jan Steen "A young woman playing a harpsichord" 1659. So the instrument can be played standing up or sitting on a high chair. (jansteen72)
