I painted mine camo You have those Good dove tail rear sights too I would have left black sights or painted them green so your eye could train to a different color while aiming but its preference Good job otherwise
Thank you for that comment my man. I definitely will work on actually recording the process better next time. I have another project coming up here an a few days but on a Glock so definitely stay tuned and I’ll have another video on the same exact steps !!
@@kevkevy6451 family you gooooood lol. Just do yo research online and on me you not gon mess it up. As long as you pay attention and do that research you’ll be straight
Maaaan it’s still holding like I just painted it yesterday. I haven’t been able to get in the range with it cause ammo is expensive lol but I really need to upload a video to show people. I’ve ran over 100 rounds through it, paints still perfect. I’ll be posted a TH-cam short maybe later today just to show how it looks months later 💪🏾💪🏾
@iceyDaBoss Yessir. I stripped the whole slide! Do some research on TH-cam cause there’s lots of videos of people painting there gun with all the pins and parts still on, so yes it’s definitely do-able. Just make sure you cover whatever you DONT want paint on and you’ll be straight. But you need a process tho, can’t just paint it. Gotta sand it down if it’s never been painted before or put it in acetone to get all oils off it to make sure all the costs of paint your spraying stay on and stick !
I got these paint markers from Walmart, superrr easy!! Shake em up and just litterally color the inside, like dab the pen up and down on the grip and the paint will fill it all in 💪🏾
@BraxtonHampton I just used an old toothbrush my man ! I used my rattle can and just sprayed a heavy coat on the bristles and then just like you would with like a paint brush, pull the bristles back with your finger a good distance away from whatever you want the paint to splat on and boom.
@@tdbetheavevo idk whatchu mean a week for paint cans ? You mean why did I let it sit for a week? Cause it’s multiple coats, I just wanted to make sure there was no scratches and just letting make sure it stayed. It was more like 4 days tbh
@_502chris_ Get off my 🍆 lmaooo If you watched the whole video instead of just commenting something you’d notice I left the sights on for a reason 😂 I didn’t want to have black sights on a blue slide goofy, Sights work perfectly fine
