This is the only video that helped me understand the rules of the game. I was beginning to think I was too dumb to even get that but no, it was the explanation. It's alarming how many people can't explain the rules of this game properly. I am not as bad as I thought, thanks for the video.

iLoveTurtlesHaha: I think that if you have had difficulties with a improvised and non graphical explanation of DnB, this game is for you. You probabely have trouble with attention and working memory. As you may know, chronic stress is very bad for cognitive functions.
(I have been on Dual N Back for 35 days [from n=3 to n=6 at 75% - 20 to 120 minutes a day] and it helps a lot with my brain fog [ because of decades of severe sleep apnea ... And vagal hypersensitivity], i mean a LOT. Today [tonight in France] i'm beginning the *Emotional Dual N Back* that i didn't know existed until now.)

I alternate my training between Dual N Back and Trail making test=[Schutle table 6x6 with coloured cells that i am now able to accomplish in 20 seconds when i am at my best].
When i'm scoring on Schulte table for several sessions in a row at this level (20 or 25 seconds) it generates a rush of alertness and mental wellbeing that persist for hours (at least at the beginning of my training, now it sticks about one hour) ... it makes Dual N Back so much easier.

Thank you very much Sir. The only video to explain the game in easy steps!

A question please. Why are there 2-BACK MATCH AUDIO last square seen that his "Q" is positionned above and not on the left? (2:43)

The audio matches are independent of the visual/location matches.
