Can't wait, none of the other classes really caught my interest. I was always "summon a lot of minions and sit back" kind of player and was disappointed that summoner was replaced by sorceress on release.

She was my main in Korea and Ru, I can't wait for her! I miss butterfly run and all the spells so much. Whenever Azena used some summoner spells i was like noooo those are mine 😂

Man much respect for summoner mains! She looks soooo Fun, especially the "zoo" build were you put your summons to do the job lol. They'll probably make the AI better with time since they are balancing a LOT this year, this class is not for me but HOLY everything about her looks and sounds amazing! I think that a class like a necromancer, that raises demons and soldiers, would make me chill in this game forever i guess lol The only "good" necromancer gameplay Ive seen is from Diablo, but im 100% SURE that those Lost Ark devs could nail It 300% better!
Summoner was the class that made me play Lost Ark, after the bait and switch from the beta I ended up maining gunlancer, I cant wait to play summoner, but sadly she can only be an alt, I already swapped mains and currently have 1490 gunlancer and glaivier

If you are able to build and maintain a long-term static, who is actually making an effort to do the raid and improve, you will start farming this. But if the static that you have is changing, then it may take a long time until you can farm this like Biackiss or Valtan. This is because the clown raid pushes both individual skill and team work to its limits. Whereas Biackiss and Valtan being 8-player raids allow for people to fuck up every now and then and clear the raid, this one has a very low error margin. The only error that is allowed is to have 1 player die in Mario 4, usually the caged one, but that comes at the expense of making the rest of the raid more difficult. I did not manage to clear gate 3 in the first week with my static as we did not manage to find a reliable and capable 4th member. We tried it with 5 different people, some friends, others strangers, but they could not cut it. In the second week, the rest of us 3 went on separate pugs and we cleared it. We are now able to clear this, but we need that 4th person to execute Mario 2 and stay alive at least until bingo phase. So far no luck with that. And because of this, we spend up to 12 hours in gate 3.
I love swiftness! Hahaha I am glad the swift is zoo build since I want to summon not cast magic XD (I have my piano reflux for that LOL where I go full swift and then crit on neck only) Ty for the video !!!

But i have a little question: how do we know depending on the content (in a guardian raid, or argos, or valtan vykas etc) what is the best ancient spirit to use? I have seen many gameplay videos and it seems like everybody just spams the 5th spirit (the demon), but also i prefer the 2nd one (the dragon) so it is viable to go to a spec build spaming the dragon instead of the demon? She's going to be my alt! I've waited so long for her. I plan to play the summon-based build, if I can make it work. My main is a Sorceress and the support I play is a Bard, so throwing the Summoner in there makes a lot of sense for me. I've been trying to like the Arcanist SO MUCH. I love her aesthetics and her mid-range playstyle, but her card system is REALLY hard to deal with in the frenetic combat that LA already has. I feel like it needs a change, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.
damn.. i was so hyped when i first saw videos and wanted to play LA only because of Summoner, and they released Sorc.. and NOW im gonna finally play my most favorite class - but i still dont know what to play, i am searching like everything up and what to do with LOAWA and other videos, but i was hoping about doing something like swiftness/crit build with what i have heared of bracelet spec // and engravings grudge; raid cap; keen blunt;adrenaline and both class engravings lv 3 + 1 so 5x3+1 can you help me out about that and if it is even a good choice? i really like swiftness classes and im kind of unsecure about playing now a full spec class (i played until now sorc and pala most of the time, but def. love mages) would love to get more informations about Summ. especially from a main player
About fuxxing time. The summoner was *supposed* to be one of the first available classes to play at release. The only reason why I wanted to play Lost Ark was because of the Summoner. I played Summoner in FFXIV (until it got deleted in Endwalker), Path of Exile and even Drone based Ships in EVE Online. I love sending forth Minions of all kinds to do the job *for* me. I am a fu**ing hero. I want to feel like one.
Love the Vids. What is a minimum Spec to have the Spec build FEEL nice? Obviously the more Spec the better, but is there a soft threshold to not be struggling and waiting so you can cast the DRAGON? Cheers.
I am not sure you mentionned it but why dont second class engraving use hit master ? And could we use it anyway or would it not affect the pets ? otherwise for the first build is it possible to remove curse doll and go adrenaline hit master as the last 2 ?

i find it to bad that the summon really dont last long. Like the specialisation skill could have been 5 legendary summon which stay for 20 sec each, we could have gotten pet that heal, that debuff , etc..

I myself quit after the first legion raid after it hit me that I will always fight to keep up itemlv to play with the others. Most of my friends quit because of the honing. That negative spiral was too much for them. Is it correct to say that only the "hardcore" fanbase is left now ?
Hi, yeah compared to the 1.3 million "players" at launch, now we're at 150k. Normal behavior for a 2022 release I'd say. I think there's a lot of people who just enjoy the things they can do as opposed to pushing ilevel, but we had a lot of great catch-up events since Valtan (first legion raid). Including a 2 month period of no i-level increase so many players are now way over what's needed at endgame.

Thanks! But obviously this playstyle isn't for those who are bad at predicting boss patterns and movements. For those who DO have the talent, they will do just fine in raids, even better than since the rework.
So besides the obvious move speed increase and faster animations for everything (so more convenie t to play), Adrenaline is not needed in a crit-secondary build for example (so one less task to keep in mind). Or you can go for the Salvation set instead of the default Hallucination, and take Adrenaline, which feels different. Swift secondary is cheaper bcs of necklace prices. You cant play Salvation either with it.
A let build sounds so cool and casual but I also want a guardian build 😭 ohhh the decisions. I been waiting for the class since launch man. Can’t wait!

Stockpile all event mats, make a preset for your future summoner, powerpass her then let her rest bonus build up until she arrives.

welll....its not the same really. the "summons" are nothing more then short lived spell effects.

Hi, yeah Summo er has no positional advantage. But i feel CD is better overall as it also affects your awakening for example.

If you go for the spec build you only need 1 class engraving and like 3 damage gems
It's kinda bs. It does need high investment but then really shines especially on the most recent balance patch shes bonkers, def S-tier.

Hi, the swiftness build sometimes uses a level 1 of the Master Summoner engraving. For more dps with the ancient skills but also a bit of crit chance

It used to run both before the last KR balance patch. Post balance patch, you don't run both anymore.
