This is the funniest Qi Gong movement I have ever done. :) I follow all 5 animals exercise to learn because the Tiger exercise and your kidney exercise helps to my eyes let go of all tension. :) Thank you. :)
Yes this Qi Gong move is pretty fun. Best is to bring your joy into the movement! 😁

@@DrAlexHui okey, I'm still reading everything you have in your website, and still watching your videos xD
I'll ask you when I finish it all n.n
I have enough routines to start practicing for now I thinkg.
Once again: Thank you! :D
very interesting
Cool! :) and funny one :)
How can these movements help??
I felt the heat go up to my face and started sweating. Is that normal?
Do you feel uncomfortable or dizziness? If no, then that should not be a problem.
If you feel uncomfortable, it is most likely that you are not relaxed enough when you are doing this set, so the Qi rushes up. If that's the case, do it slowly and gently. Every one has a different speed and rhythm. So do what you feel most comfortable.
If you are unbalanced when your heel is up, you can think of a string that is on top of your head pulling you up. It takes practice, so don't worry if you can't do it right away.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Wat was the point u had mentioned at. 1.14mins
Thanks can you explain the daoist number system please
Yes I can do that 😁
This movement takes some coordination because raising shoulders while standing on top toe takes some doing😂
Hi Kathleen try doing it very slow first, and make sure your neck is upright instead of tilting forward. See if that can help. 😊
@@DrAlexHui Many thanks for your guidance. I’ve been practicing with my neck straight and it’s helped enormously . 😀
