As a specialist, what would you recommend to start a welder's journey? How difficult is it to find a job in the UK with little experience as a MIG welder?
Great video really enjoyed it fantastic arc shots and great work. All ways amazes me how you get the lengths angles and everything all sorted and spot on skills there.keep up the great work👍
Question....why dont you use a thin peice to put between a flange and a pipe when hanging flange? It seems to me that three peeces would be enough to hold it equaly distanced and than just tack it...
Hey man. I bought slightly used fronius transteel 5000 pulse but it's giving me crater cracks on the end of the welds. I dont know how to correct that. Any ideas? It is better when using end current, but it shouldnt make cracks even without that. I'm welding standard construction steel.
I thought you would have been using a root process, not just a synergic mig program 🤯 I remember you had a kemppi on your vids ages ago a black one, did you ever try the root process in that?
That Fronius is quite a machine pretty soon they won't need people at all ! Get well soon.
You're doing an amazing job.. keep up the videos and good work..
You got some good skills bro!

If you guys think that fronius is good then you should see what they capable of when they run lsc and pmc processes. Changes everything in a good way

I prefer TIG, but MIG/MAG is little easier.
People think that mig/mag is easier, but there are more mistakes with it
@@jonwoody3572 I think mig/mag is easier and faster after some practice
