I'm a big fan of the Polychrome DSP McRocklin Suite. I realise I'm not the customer-base they had in mind being north of 50 and a Les Paul kinda player but this software is so flexible. Classic rock tones? Easy.. Metal tones? Easy.. Beautiful cleans? In its sleep... Great video - this is a must-have addition to the suite functionality.
I totally agree, and it’s easy to get around in it. Yeah, the Paint Audio MIDI Commander is really next level for not a lot of money. Thanks for checking out the video!🤘🏻
On the MIDI Captain, can you assign multiple CC's each at different value ranges to toggle per switch? I love the McRocklin Suite. I think it's the best of the guitar plug-in suites that isn't Helix Native or Guitar Rig Pro.
hi Double D...I would like to ask you a question....is there any tutorial in Italian? I already purchased the software but I didn't think there was any information in Italian... do you have any information for this?... thank you very much
Hello, I am not certain if there is. The guy that designed it is in the comment below, Thomas McRocklin. The software has a discord server, as does he. There are usually invites in his video descriptions. I would bet there are some Italian users there that would gladly try to get you moving. It’s such a good suite for these tones. I hope you can get to using it the way you would like.
@@DoubleDguitar hi my friend thank you so much for your help I tried but I can't find anything with the name polychrome... could you direct me with a link? how do I find this server...thanks and sorry for the inconvenience
@@Italian-design-4.0 youtube.com/@McRocklin?si=d15LHSRQS7qGIgpz Go through his videos and find a Polychrome one. Look in the description for his discord.
I got it to work with standalone but when trying to do it with Logic Pro or reaper nothing happens even when I load the midi settings does anyone know how to work it out?
I'm using a different midi pedal (Live logic) but cannot enable it in the settings menu. It shows as available but it will not allow me to select it to use. So annoying.
Oooooh brilliant! just watched the first five mins. Will watch the rest soon! Thank you!
Hey Thomas! Thanks, this set up is awesome and really gets Polychrome next level, for me. Thanks for watching!🤘🏻

@@MrVyrtuoso you can! I love it, also. Great tones, right out of the box.

@@charlizd are you in the McRocklin discord? They should be able to help.
@@DoubleDguitar I joined last night and dropped my question in their help section. Thanks 👍
@ perfect, I’m sure someone there will get you straight. 🤘🏻
Do you think its possible to asign more than one function to a button?
Absolutely, with the Midi Captain it has four commands per press and four per release. Their newer stuff has even more options.
Nice Sweat bro
Thanks pops.
