Note to any Metro owner out there... If you dont have an A/C compressor in the way then a bigger WIX 51515 oil filter will screw right on. Cross reference it if needed. Probably holds an extra quart of oil over some the regular little pancake filters the Metro calls for
Haha, instead of having 55 hp, it probably has like 57hp. But honestly the best thing to do would have been to swap the trans to a 4.39 which is on the 96+ 3cyl metros. That one has a 4.10. Also, for anyone that doesn't know, the predecessor to the metro was the chevy sprint. They had a turbo model. This video was cool though.
You need a boost control valve. It's pumping too much boost at idle. If you can regulate it, It'd run like a champ. I'm definitely subscribing by the way!

Sounds like your throttle response needs adjustment. 2 turns out on the air/fuel mix and advance your timing manually until your throttle response is dialed in. A quick up and down is all you need. I see you have the stock Tach so you 'll be golden. Also swap your front brake calipers to a 4cyl. Swift setup with the spindles. Stops a bit better. Have fun bois!

Now it needs an eBay BOV. Maybe a fake HKS or fake Tial. It definitely needs a downpipe of some sorts. I know this was made a while ago, but the BOV, FMU, and downpipe is a necessity.
Awesome they can put it where that rubber charge pipe clamp keeps coming off and then they can make a sweet custom hood scoop. I'm pretty exited for this geo. 3 cylinders of fury.

If all you wanted was turbo noise, you should have rigged a switch to the throttle so that when it is WOT, have an MP3 automatically play the noises through an amplified horn.
im building go kart with goe dimensions for 2 with geo engine in rear welded diff and turbo i got my hands on turbo looks same in size as yours but no wastegate and it has variable exhaust housing im gona put a button there that is gona rotate the flappers in the housing so i can have the turbo on or off

they are a 1 litre so people do gsxr 1000 swaps. Turbo at 10psi I think people are making around 85-90hp, stock it's about 50hp at the crank.

If all you wanted was the waste gate noise, just hook up the exhaust side and let the compressed air dump under the car or something.
Raise the pressure at the "carb" there is a presure regulator if yoy put pressure in the manifold it cannot inject enough fuel.
