I've a Italian beginner's course at home, but as I know already much French and Latin I decided to just give me a crash-course on 101pod. I'm not so much into learning Italian, but I just wanna get along finally with my Knowledge and so I must learn and here is thing: Thank you so much for looking so beautiful! It makes it a lot easier to stay focused... I really appreciate that the 101pod channel offers a place for good looking people - whereas in school you aren't supposed to admire your teacher, here I just can get inspired of every single aspect of your face...
This bella garazza is extremely likeable. Charismatic. She makes me smile as I listen to her teach, must be her personality. Ti voglio bene :) (did I write that ok?) But why only 5 videos? 25 most common questions video?
A new year with a new strategy , the teachers have come up with warm actions of funing us to become active in learning. Thanks to italian pod191.con teachers God bless you for your help
Hi 미네랄 The infinitive form is "passare" (to pass). The "mi" you see attached is the pronoun that means "(to) me". When the pronoun is used after the infinitive, you need to drop the final vowel of the verb and attach the pronoun. PASSARE+MI = PASSARMI Hope this makes sense! Sincerely, Valentina Team ItalianPod101.com
i am going to lose my mind with the italians verbs beacause my first language is spanish and they look exactly the same but the meaning is another story. for example the most confusing one for me is sentire (to hear) = sentir (to feel) and others like guardare (to look) = guardar (to save), etc.. Fortunately the same happens in the opposite :).
I'm Spanish too but I haven't realised about those because I speak Valenciano so "sentir" in italian is "sentir" in valenciano too. Italian resembles Spanish a lot, but I feel it is even more similar to Valenciano/Catalan/Mallorquí.
could someone explain why the word would change and if it's depending on the sentence and how I would change the verb please. I am heavily confused on verbs.
Phantombutter Because when speaking a Romance language, for example Spanish and Italian we conjugate the words in order to fit the person. Some are "Stem-changing" or irregular verbs (I think they are called) where we change the word almost entirely to fit with the person, but it doesn't not follow regular conjugation rules. For example: The verb "Essere" is an irregular stem changing verb because in the "Io" form we change the word to "Sono." In the "Tu" form we change the word to "Sei". Don't stress too much over it. It's really just a matter of remembering which words are irregular and which words have standard conjugation. Btw I don't know if that's what you needed me to explain but if it's not then please specify.
Uww that's accually intresting.. I can almost understand everything even though it's still my first lesson in Italian haha it's basically cus Italian is similar to French and Spanish.. a mix of both !! That's cool
Ciao i need your help i need a list with the forms of this verbi : amati, dimmelo, fermati, prova, torna In io tu lei lui ...you know ? Its homework and i dont understand that please help me
writeract2 La Principessa Anne Hi I want to correct some mistake you made. Positiva (Desiree is a woman ) instead of positivo. "Fa un ottimo lavoro" (She does a good job) "e insegna bene" (she teach well) or you can say "Mi piace il suo modo di insegnare "(I like the way she teaches)
Speak to google translate sir :), sure they would welcome ur corrections, but i appreciate ur feedback, also how do u know that was what i was trying to say, was so long ago, I don't fully remember myself.
Hi Anne I'm always glad to help someone who want to know my mother-tongue. I didn't know what you wanted to say but as Italian I've imagine what you wanted to say just from the context
Excelent! you made me feel like, I can really speak Italian. Most people understand a bit of it in brazil. I understand a lot becauze I read much Italian books, but you teach in a way so wise, that I can feel like... I am into it!
i noticed that the first verb that you introduce at the beginning of every session always change when it is used in the sentence, how can that happen? Thanks for your explanation before
maneuver mirza The verb takes different forms (is conjugated) based on its usage. In English, we have some, though it isn't as complex, such as eat vs ate.
DOUBT: What is the stressed (strong) sylable of "loro PERDONO" (perdere)? Is it "loro PERdono (they lose)"? Or "loro perDONO (they lose)?" Or both of them are possible and correct?
Saludos muñeca preciosa. Me encanta como enseñas el italiano y tu acento inglés me es fácil entender. No hablo ingles ni italiano pero me gusta como enseñas.
sometimes italian seems easier than english, like to take a shower even though we literally don't steal showers it makes sense to do a shower because you are doing the action. If that made sense.
In English there is also another definition of PASS - not to do something like in a game If you have no option. In this meaning, is there the same verb PASSARE?
Hi Hipall zone, yes, "passare" also has that meaning in Italian. For example, in game shows when someone can't reply to a question, they'll say "passo." Thanks for your comment! Valentina Team ItalianPod101.com
Very helpful. I made a written study guide that I can use to review. Maybe I'll post it. // A construct that you used that we (in American English) don't use was with trovare. You placed "find" in time, like, I can't find my passport ANY MORE or, I can't find my passport AGAIN. We would just say, I can't find my passport. Maybe that's another lesson. We want to speak Italian like the Italians! : - ) Grazie mille.
My strict tecahers when they look at me after i look under my desk for 1 sec: 6:15 its really sad :( I dont even speak italian and they scream at me like Im someonw trying to steal from them :(
Miss Benini: I apologize if I wrote something in error. But "ragazza" means "girl", or "young girl" no? Either way, I meant no harm, I was just trying out the little Italian I've picked up watching youtube videos. Sorry. (Mi dispiace) :) Continued success to you.

sometimes we use Sentire as feeling as well! For example "mi sento male". I feel sick
😂😂😂😂 it is true
In Roamnian its the same for example potere=can putere=power its a difference of 1 letter or avere=to have, avere=something expensive sooo
