i like how prokofiev's classical symphony is the intro. irony how I quickly recognized that this excerpt is always asked by professional symphonies.
Thank you for the information.
I only heard of Julliard as it's on 'The Goldbergs'. Londoner here 🇬🇧
May you write to me if the music works for violin players on the Pre-Screening Repertoire and the Live Audition Repertoire can be the same or different? Thank you in advance!
i can help with the sound check
if i am an international student how will i audition? if i am living in another country across the world? and how to apply for this school?
u have to come to the United States and do your live audition at the Juilliard campus
First you're gonna have to upload your audition tape at "getaccept.com". They will let you know well in advance whether you have been selected for a live audition or you won't hear from them which would mean that you have not been selected. And if you are called for the live audition, you'll have enough time to plan you trip to New York City. Then you will have your call back round (if you pass the live audition test). If you pass the call back round, that's when you get a seat at Juilliard. Your financial background will be checked. Based on that your financial background and your merit based on your auditions, your fee structure is decided and you will get a scholarship ranging between 10% to 100%. Unlike most music schools, being a foreign student, you need not produce any SAT or TOEFL results. But, the TOEFL or any other equivalent degree is necessary if English is NOT your country's native language. Also, the educational institute that you have been part of or even you have been home schooled, you will need to present an English speaking certificate(your mark sheet that shows you had English as a subject). I hope this was helpful and wish you all the very best for your auditions.

Adam Hendrickson
Don’t dream about it.
@@namphan2964 why ?
@@marchelapocopio8636 Not particularly funny. Some people's hopes are specifically set on a school. Not cool to make fun of them if they didn't make it either.
I didn't get ANY tours!!! I feel very cheated!
