I have a special connection to this song. On Valentine's Day 2016 someone at karaoke was singing this song. As soon as the opening note started I got excited and literally jumped out of my chair. I was very, very drunk and when I landed on my feet, my right foot twisted and I broke it. So whenever I hear it now, I remember that night.

It’s been about 5 years since I heard this on the radio, almost brings a tear to my eye. They still make country music, you just can’t hear it on the radio
That’s sooo funny, because that’s what I would always say when I’d sing it out loud whenever I heard it....what makes it a lot funnier, (to me anyways), is that I don’t practice a certain religion, but if I did, I always said it’d be Baptist, so it fits even better! 🤣
That is exactly what I thought I was hearing when I listened to the song. Which honestly, fits appropriately too!! A reference to good things inside the bible, but gets "dust" on the bible because people aren't reading it as much as they should be. Glad I wasn't the only one hearing "bible"...lol.
