Toby was one of a kind. He deserves to be remembered the way he has been the last few days, and beyond. Some people are here to help us get through life and that's exactly what he did. It is an enormous loss.
I think part of the reason Toby was so successful is that he had songs that showed a great sense of humor, like this one. He wasn’t afraid to poke fun at himself or let his hair down. We all need music to cheer us up sometimes. RIP TK❤
Country music is for everyone, no matter where our ancestors are from. We have great country artists of every color! I love hearing that African Americans are finding country and loving it! We’re a nice bunch over here, even if a few do like To show their ass.
He lived up the road from my family. Occasionally my brother would see him on his bike riding around town. Im always on the road and regret that I never got to see this. Such a tragic loss, he was a Patriot when the country needs Patriotism. His shoes will be hard to fill.
That’s what we American grown boys are here for. We grew up listening to these songs on our dad’s truck stereos. & I’m here to say… I’ll fill these American shoes.
@Egalitarian917 Back in the day Bob Hope, George Burns and several other stars would travel overseas during war times to entertain troops and boost the morale of those serving our country. Many of these visits were in the middle of hell where they themselves could experience death or injury. Toby Keith picked up the torch and carried on this tradition for lack of a better word. To me this makes him a patriot, he did something to boost the morale of others. Also when the tornadoes devastated his home town he bought water, first aide supplies etc to boost the recovery. During the OKC bombing when he had just made it big, he did the same thing, taking water, first aid supplies and assisting in the recovery of victims.
@Egalitarian917 I wish we as Americans had better choices politically. I wish that more people read and understood the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. I wish that more of our tax dollars were used for good things as opposed to things that weren’t that great in my opinion. Not to sound cliche but, if for one year we spent the money we spend on war or aiding someone else’s war on curing diseases, homelessness, and advancing human kind just think what we could achieve. That’s this Middle American’s thoughts anyway. Thanks for your input. Respect to you.
l agree with you, indeed Toby Keith is a great and talented artist who's songs never goes out of style,he's one of my favorites artist, he's songs still and always heals the Soul, I pray God gives you lot of beautiful days!!

@Toby Keith PLZ Toby Listen-up this is not a prank! I can help you! First PLZ see YT vdos named here.. Edmond man says cheap drug for dogs cured his cancer, Cancer Treated with Animal Deworming Medication, does a $5 dog medicine help stop cancer ?, The Answer to Cancer Might be Walking Beside Us, This stuff really works! But there's more!
@@paulblache3624 I have personally cured three people of stage 4 using DMSO, a cheap med from a farm store! And hav talked with the mfg and they said it is the same stuff they sell to Pharma! Only labelled so people will not go to a farm store to get medicines! Take 5-10 drops of DMSO in water or orange juice three times a day! what it does is breaks down the coating that cancers use to protect themselves from your immune system! DMSO cannot harm you in fact in organ transplants the organs come flown-in frozen packed in DMSO! And while many doctors perscribe it most do not! Some doctors perscribe a teaspoon three times a day but I have never taken even close to that amount! Big Pharma uses it in their drugs ans so do OVC drugs and ointments as well as eye-med-drops, etc. but so little it is often not even listed on the label of ingredients! Trust me PLZ Toby this is something you need to be taking and will not hurt you in any way! DMSO is a carrier and amplifies anything else that is mixed with it! AND it is one thing Pharma uses because it can acrry drugs past the brain barrier! One man who had inoperable brain cancer tumor used it and his tumor disolved away and dissappeared completely, another young girl was recieving teatments and waited until the doctors said sorry it has spread throughot her entire body and sent her home to die, and she was cured completely using DMSO drops 3x times a day!

Here to pay my respects to a real man and patriot by listening to my favorite toby song. Rest in peace sir. We love ya. 🫡 🤠
IDGAF if you're a country boy, rocker, heavy-metal head, or a popsicle... Toby Keith had the goods, and especially his videos were the bomb. ;}
Metalhead here! Toby deserves all the recognition
R.I.P. Toby, I didn't really like country until I started listening to your music! Hope your in heaven singing with the angels brother!
hi
I was never a country fan but I toured with a number of country bands and Toby joined us on stage one night, he was a great guy and I’m blessed to have met him and played with him.
@@AmericanHero-c7jI met him years ago. I think 93 or 94. He was an opening act nobody for a sawyer brown arena tour. At the time it was about when “I Should’ve Been a Cowboy” took off on the charts and the rest is history
@@tritontransport He already had his own record label and the bar in Vegas when I played with him. Probably around 2008-9 I would guess. Still as a big star he was real cool.
I’m a 55-year-old man crying today because of this the death of Toby Keith is really hitting me hard
Very SAD 😢😢
Bless your heart
I'm a 53yo dude feeling the same😢
And this is not about you. Okay? You have no dignity.
Me too brother. 41 y/o. Iraq vet. It just gets worse every day. I'm still crying
RIP my brother and the king of country…….
Very prophetic song. Dude accepted man’s mortality. Now that he is gone, May his soul continue to rest in perfect Peace. 🙏🙏🥲🥲
I am so speechless. I don’t even like country that much but I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH. RIP a legend
There was a time, back in his prime, when he could really lay it down. RIP.
WATCHING THE TRIBUTE TO TOBY ON TV NOW....MADE SAD THAT HE IS GONE, BUT HIS MUSIC WILL LIVE FOREVER....
RIP BROTHER....AS A NAVY VIETNAM VETERAN...
I "SALUTE " YOU !!!
A GREAT AMERICAN WHO ACKNOWLEDGE ALL VETERAN'S, WE LOST A COMRADE !

Toby was one of a kind. He deserves to be remembered the way he has been the last few days, and beyond. Some people are here to help us get through life and that's exactly what he did. It is an enormous loss.
Woke up to the news, made coffee, and went straight to this video. Lighting a candle. And shedding a tear or two.
In The Memory Of The Country Singer Toby Keith 1961 - 2024.💔🕊️
R.I.P toby keith, you fought cancer hard, we will all remember you as the legend you were.
Can’t believe he’s gone…so many of his songs are the soundtrack of my 30s..We will miss you TK
I cried like a baby when I heard you passed away. Sympathies to your family
Rest in Peace Toby.
You might be gone but your music will live on.
So so sorry that he is gone from the earth and his family. I listen to Toby's albums while walking. Such a 💎 gem. Rest in peace 🙏 ❤
My heart is absolutely broken, Toby Keith was my favorite country singer. Rest Easy Toby, you were as good once as you ever was. 🙏
I think part of the reason Toby was so successful is that he had songs that showed a great sense of humor, like this one. He wasn’t afraid to poke fun at himself or let his hair down. We all need music to cheer us up sometimes. RIP TK❤
It breaks the heart knowing he is going thru his battle with cancer. May this be your anthem.
He lost last night, but his legacy will live on.
😇😥
Instead of shaking her fist today the Statue of Liberty sheds a tear😢🗽🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇸
Song hits different when you’re 43 compared to 23. RIP Toby.
Try 53 lol
Rest in peace . February 6th, 2024.
A legend
I'm an African American and I know good music when I hear it .R.I.P. TO A LEGEND.
Oh buddy. My mexican family gives me shit for listening to country, but like you said...i know good music when i hear it
what does "african american" have to do with anything....?? Actually, if you were born in America...aren't you just an American...??
It doesn't matter what race we are it's what is in our hearts...
I don't see why being African American has anything to do with liking good music, but sure
Country music is for everyone, no matter where our ancestors are from. We have great country artists of every color! I love hearing that African Americans are finding country and loving it! We’re a nice bunch over here, even if a few do like
To show their ass.
I love how Dave is just getting his ass beat in the background and Toby Keith is just singing to the camera and giving absolutely no fucks.
That is until someone spills his beer lol
😘😘😘😘😘😡😡😡😡🫠🫠@@CynderSpirit
I bet he's *better* than he once was now - Bless him :)
Wished Toby can see these wholesome TH-cam comments. Rest in peace.
I know right. That’s why we have to tell people how much we love them while we can ❤😢
Well, I don't know what is going on in heaven, but God will let him know that people down here haven't forgotten him.
@@Its_just_rand Amen brother

I came here to pay my respects. One of the greatest country music artists ever. RIP Toby, thanks for all the memories. ❤
RIP Toby Keith. My FAVORITE song by him. 100% me to the point
RIP Toby. A man of faith went home to see Jesus.
I just found this video today!!!! Ive never heard him before! What are some songs he made that you liked?
@@Eris_GreyratThere aren’t a whole lot of bad songs he’s made. A good place to start is just browing his most popular stuff on TH-cam/Spotify/whatever
And we will meet him there when our time here is done. I never got to see one of his concerts. I bet the ones in heaven will be spectacular.
l agree with you, indeed Toby Keith is a great and talented artist who's songs never goes out of style,he's one of my favorites artist, he's songs still and always heals the Soul, I pray God gives you lot of beautiful days!!

Hello are you one of my special true music fan?
@CONNER REMOLE lie about what?
We learned about gratitude and humility - that so many people had a hand in our success, from the teachers who inspired us to the janitors who kept our school clean... and we were taught to value everyone's contribution and treat everyone with respect. And

I agree! His voice sounds so damn good to me, especially during the early years!

@You are that good. ❤❤. V
Rip big Dawg. You may be gone. But your music will play on long after we are all gone. You made your mark in country history. God bless you and fly high brother.
I think it's illegal to have this much fun in a song & video nowadays.

@Toby Keith watching from France right now, love the music, hope you get better sir!
I heard he’s in recovery and is doing alright here’s to him a beer and. Big lip of dip
Rest in piece to a true American and country legend
I'm over 60, ex-military, ex-rugger, still sometimes think I can crack skulls like I was in my 20s. My wife just tells me to settle down, listen to this song, and act my age. She's pretty smart.
