I discovered him and his team just a few days ago. So far, his outlook on life seems to be prolific and I think that's from where he draws the inspiration for his art.

I’ve been waiting for y’all to react to this. I feel like Tobe has such an idiosyncratic flow that it may limit him as it empowers him. That’s why the change of energy that Phat provides is so HUGE. She is boom-blat while he flows between the bars.
I hope you’re right, because I feel like hip hop has been riding a huge wave since Biggie died and it’s about to crest. For every Kendrick, Chance, & Cole around there are a dozen emcees that are just vapid. The saccharin of hip hop. I hope Tobe is the front of the new wave and I hope it’s great.
