PERFECTION to a fault...Love this format.....quick and precise and easy to understand. This is my kind of way to introduce a new project. Folks can easily stop and back up anytime they wish. Saves more time for making these projects. BRAVO!!! and THANKS! Ken Orlando, Florida, USA
feels like you're a good friend, sharing a great idea. Love your vids, your teaching skills, and your craftsmanship. You are truly a pro. Instead of a wristlet, I'll be adding a key ring tab, perfect for attaching to a back pack, tote, dog leash, phone bag, purse, etc.
Your videos are always very clear and easy to follow. You break the instructions down into a simple way foe everyone to understand with out making it boring. You were my first you tube subscription, and I've watched you for years, out are very talented. Thank you for sharing all you projects through the years.
I like your format because you don't waste time with a lot of unnecessary talking. You talk just fast enough so as to keep my attention and I can always press pause to write down any measurements. Love your tutorials.
I have a word document open and try to type down measurements etc as you are explaining them. Some you tubes, you can click on transcripts and you are able to copy and paste the directions into a word document. Yours will not let you view directions when clicking on transcripts. Is there a way that is possible that I'm now aware of? Love your tutorials, have made many of them over the years.
i really like this format, it's quick to watch. but honestly, i've loved all your tutorials, it's less about the format and more because you're really great at teaching. thank you so much for sharing your talent with us!
I use this pouch for many uses. I used them for my tea bags to carry, hair bands, ids, and now my masks. I just change the wristlet part for tabs them. Depends what I need them for. Thank you for a very useful little project. When I make masks now, I always add a pouch for safe keeping.
I too really enjoyed the pace and tempo of your tutorial. Pause, rewind are there if you need them, plus it's a pretty easy project. And really appreciated that you included the needle size. I taught myself how to sew about six months ago with the help of your videos of course. My first project were your burrito pillow cases. then it was the napkins with the mitered corners (mid-evil torture those corners are!!!) and off I went from there. I must have hit pause and rewind 1,000 times, but I finally got it! I'm now doing bedding e.g., duvet covers, shams, sheets, shower curtains and of course the ever popular accent pillow covers. I will Facebook you a few pics today. I little way to say Thank you for your well produced and fun to watch & learn to videos. Keep up the great work and I'll be waiting for the next 11 days of DIY's.....and will hopefully try them all. :-)
You always talk fast but you are clear and I understand every word you say. You said all you needed to say. And showed every stage of the make. This tutorial is as good as previous. J have no complaints. It's well put together. Sound and video are excellent. But I don't think you've ever done a video tutorial I haven't liked. In short... you are a great teacher. Thank you. I'll certainly be giving a few of these a try
TH-cam needs a "love" button!! You are seriously the best teacher! Your voice is so pleasant and easy to understand. You explain things so well without over explaining. Can't wait to try this project!! Thank you for sharing!!
I like this format given the relative simplicity of the project. Your instructions are very clear and the editing shows everything necessary from beginning to end. Big thumbs up!
Vanessa, I LOVE this idea of 12 Days of Last Minute DIY Gifts!!!! This is something I hope you do EVERY year. I really like the format. The angles shown of the project were good and your verbal instructions as well. Can't wait to see the other 11 projects. (CGQC & Bag Club)
Hi Vanessa, I have made several of these - super cute! However, I've had to tweak my method. Using a walking foot is definitely better for me. Also, the very bottom hem that has the opening and gets folded up was a problem. I would turn it in, pin, press and sew carefully, but it was never even and right. It improved with walking foot, but I am going to make some more and this time cut the interfacing and the fleece 1/4" smaller all around and get rid of that bulk. I am also thinking of leaving the opening on one side and not the bottom and making it a little smaller.
I loved the video. Your teaching is easy to understand and makes it easy to make. I was wondering what to make for my nieces and now I know what I'm doing for them.. thank and you deserve 2 thumbs up.
Love it. And I love your quick and easy last minute gift ideas. If I’m in a hurry to get ideas, the quicker the better. Thanks for doing these. Love all your videos.
Thank you! I've been sewing for decades and ALWAYS learn something from you. Great instructions & I'm looking forward to sharing with the beginning sewists in my world :-)
Great project! Perfect size to insert gift cards for Christmas. Will definitely be making a few of these. Also love the new format. Keep up the excellent work I love to watch your videos
Great tutorial. Just trying to think of something to give as Valentine gifts and thought I can whip these up quickly since tomorrow is Valentine's Day. Thanks for a great tutorial.
Loved the new format and appreciate the pace. Not too fast not too slow. Clear and to the point. Love the tutorial. Wanted know where I can find the plastic snaps and tool that you used in the tutorial. Seems very handy. Thanks
The speed was ok because I already had made something similar. If I hadn’t then I would prefer you to slow down. Makes me was to go make some for gifts. Love it. Thanks for the idea
I wish she slow down too. Beginners are slow learners and need time to watch the steps more closely. I like her videos specially her pajama tutorial but her style has change and I am not learning like I use too anymore.
I made this today, and I just love it! It is so cute, and so easy to make. I've never added a snap before, but it couldn't have been easier. Thank you!!
Heck I love everything you make and the spin you put into it so easy and I’m going to make those cute wristlets for my spring craft sales! Thank you so much.💯😘
I love this channel and the video was awesome. You still gave all of your tips and tricks for sewing .you are such an inspiration thank you for sharing this channel with us
Great video Vanessa, I️ really loved your new format. Quick and to the point so we can get started sewing. No mumble jumble stuff. Cute wristlet as well.
Question on snap pliers . Is there one snap pliers that one can use for either plastic or metal snaps that includes the adapters for snaps and sizes. Or do you need one for each.
PERFECTION to a fault...Love this format.....quick and precise and easy to understand. This is my kind of way to introduce a new project. Folks can easily stop and back up anytime they wish. Saves more time for making these projects. BRAVO!!! and THANKS!
