Dissecting Dispatch [2/4]: The Concrete Masterpiece | VIDEO ESSAY

The video is the second in a series of 4 episodes that I am doing as a video essay about The French Dispatch by Wes Anderson.
In this episode, we specifically cover The Concrete Masterpiece, freedom from oppression through expression, an artist locked away and constrained finds liberty through art, and the journalist who takes liberties with her subject making for an altogether more significant piece of journalism.
When I started working on this video, I thought I knew what I was going to say, but as I peeled back the layers I found that this movie is saying a lot of things. So, I decided to make this a larger, 4 part series to help uncover the hidden meaning of The French Dispatch.
