I’m a full time custodian, we’ve had a very similar model for about a year. Here are my thoughts for long term use: PROS: 1) Insane battery life. It picks up all the visible soil on low power, and with the 4.0 Ah battery I can get through 30 offices and 4 conference rooms. 2) Versatile. Perfect size for offices and easily cleans carpet and chair mats 3) Cleaning. Pop-out brushroll helps a ton with cleaning and parts are easy to clean. 4) Power. Using max power it cleaned just as good as our corded uprights. 5) Upright. I’ve always agreed that stick vacuums are a horrible design. Especially if you have a cleaning route and have to balance the vacuum against a wall every 2 minutes. The convenience of upright cordless vacuums is indispensable. CONS: 1) Clogs almost daily because of a poorly designed gap right behind the brushroll, that gets packed with dirt and hair and blocks the hose. 2) Poor longevity. The first night I used it one of the batteries was glitching. I had to remove and replace the battery every 15 minutes. And the brushroll randomly stops working until you reset the battery. Within a month the small rollers underneath broke, which actually caused the vacuum to seal too much to the floor. I wrapped some electrical tape around them to break the seal just enough to fix it. Next, the hose cracked. Again, electrical tape to the rescue. All of this within about six months. Overall the vacuum still works fine, but once they stop working we will be replacing them with commercial grade vacuums. I’m sure someone who doesn’t put that kind of mileage on the Hoover will like it a lot.
I have a ton on those v batteries and nothing to use them with. My spot scrubber leaks. My floor mate jet doesn’t pick up anything and i lost the stick and floor head for my blade. So thanks for the clarification on this as well.
Ive had V8 & V10 they are expensive but powerful. The hoover is waaaay better and with 2 batteries is still one third price. The best feature is how easy it is to take apart and clean. everything is easy to wash. Love it.
Now that more and more cordless machines are able to reach a perfect 100 score on the sand deep-clean test, I’d be interested to see how those scores change in various power settings… We’re all aware that a Dyson can get a 100 score in max power, but I rarely use my V11 on max because I simply can’t clean my whole house with the super-short runtime. Now with so many models featuring smart sensors, I think it’s also worth looking at the deep-cleaning performance in the manufacturer’s more balanced medium/auto modes that users are probably most likely to select.
@@VacuumWars noooo! I came here for an update but there was nothing. Was hoping you did the eufy mach v1 ultra. I had the tineco s5 steamer and it was a huge disappointment.
I came up with an idea for a video. Carpet cleaners that use heat /keep heat vs just adding hot water to a cleaner that doesn’t use heating. Bissell big great vs proheat x2. Do i spend the $300 or $400+ . Average guess on prices . Bissell bundles more with the cheaper model.
Hello, A video suggestion : doing a review comparing the mopping abilities of the Brava Jet m6 and the Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni? It would be interesting to see how these two robot compare in terms of their effectiveness at mopping floors.
1 more idea . Bissell just came out with a new commercial carpet cleaner called “BISSELL® Big Green® PET PRO Carpet Cleaner” . Maybe a comparison between the new and older model “BISSELL® Big Green® Machine Professional Carpet Cleaner” Ended up buying the bissell pet proheat x2 for the carpets . Comes today ! Can’t wait
Looks very powerful, but there's no way I'd pay that kind of price with no attachments provided and that horrible filtration. My two "must haves" are extreme suction and completely, fully-sealed HEPA filtration for purified exhausted air. That's why I'm leaning toward the Stratos
Another reviewer had an issue with it turning off on thicker carpet constantly since it doesn’t have a suction release valve. Did you have any issues with carpet?
Could you test the yeedi vac 2 pro with self cleaning station and/or the yeedi mop station pro, please?(: The yeedi vac 2 pro seems to compare close to the roborock s7MaxV Plus because of the oscillating pad on the yeedi 2 pro
I would love to know which you prefer, 1. Shark Vertex Pro cordless 2. Shark stratos cordless I just bought a house and it will be all hard floor with simple area rugs here and there. please help! thank you!
I loved mine, but the brush stopped! I got it replaced with a different version which seemed to have less suction and within a couple of weeks, that one stopped spinning as well! So bummed out. Any tips?
Are you going to review the Bissell hydrosteam? I'm thinking of getting it but I wanna wait on your video first. You helped me pick my shark vacuum and it was a great purchase
hey idk if you will see this but the channel “best product quest” used ur videos in theirs “best cordless vacuum, buying guide 2023” wanted to let u know just in case it’s stolen content
The new Ryobi stick vacs are just the current Hoover Evolve and Emerge, but with Ryobi batteries and a HEPA filter on the Emerge rebrand (that’s borderline worthless as it’s still not a sealed system).
I was wondering if you ever thought about reviewing water vacuums, like the Sirena. I’ve tried finding reviews on the Sirena and they’re hard to come by. Because of the water, water vacuums are more sanitary. It (Sirena) even purifies the air while you vacuum! No dust particles fly out. Anyhow, would you please do reviews on water vacuums? 🙏🙏🙏 There’s multiple different types, but I think this would be great for your allergy audience! 🤗
I highly recommend the Sirena! Rated better than the newest Rainbow unit, yet only 1/5th the price!! Incredible suction and power! My air has never felt and smelled cleaner. Super versatility, too. It will clean everything in your house, even mattresses. It's definitely a lot of work to fill, empty, and clean it. But that's expected with water filtration vacuums. I got the Quantum X a year before the Sirena, and Quantum X is not good. I don't recommend it. Wasted my money. But Sirena is top-notch! Sadly, I'm going to have to sell mine and it's only 6 months old. My husband is terminal, so I need to start streamlining my possessions and going to use the Shark Stratos upright. But yes, I think you'd live the Sirena!!
@@VacuumWars Ooh thank you! I live in Belgium and checked trustpilot for Dyson, Miele. I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. I wouldn’t mind buying the most expensive but now I read about so many problems.
This vacuum is piece of garbage. Hoover emailed me today to say they would not publish my review because it was not directly related to the product purchased. Instead about shipping..this is false. I wrote a paragraph about the vacuum itself, even wrote the product name in uppercase letters…and i did also talk about the impossible refund process thru hoover. Im going to find places to leave my review aside from theyr website. Am i allowed to copy and paste it here ?
Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet Elite on Amazon: geni.us/rYK32
Never thought😊 I’d wait for a vacuum review
Good to see the old namebrand Hoover, making a serious come back!
This guy must have the most cleanest house in the world.

Cordless hoovers have a history with bad gaps. Got one 6 years ago and it gets clogged quickly.
I would add it isnt designed for commercial use.More for lightweight cleaning.
Review canister vacuums! Miele, Kenmore, etc..
Unsealed systems are always a deal breaker. Best test of vacuums by far.
Yes, waste of time.
your channel has saved me hours of research. Great stuff!
Awesome, thank you!
always a good day when vacuum wars posts

Glad to hear you are happy with it!
Would you mind bringing commercial vacuums into the mix? Or prosumer, specifically Miele and sebo and the like?
I love my Lynx! Still use it daily after 4ish year. Looking for a replacement and going to be sad when it finally gives up.

You should do a review on dual mop/vacuum cleaners.
pls review the shark stratos ultralight!

Hello. Do you have an opinion on the rainbow vacuum vs the Sirena vacuum?
