i never understand whats the diferent between normal squat and goblet squat is the same movement only on globet you hold 1 dumbell but your working same muscles
The goblet squat works all the major muscle groups of the lower body, including the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves. It also helps strengthen the shoulders, biceps, forearms and abdominal muscles. It's one of my favorite exercises. 👍🏽 Very effective.
