New discovery! You can get the bangboo currency in the battle pass. So as expected, it’s not fully F2P. Still unclear what other ways you will be able to pay for them.
According to beta players, you can only get the currency from events and endgame. You can't outright buy it.

i think it was confirmed that you cannot buy bangboo pulling currency, and its obtained only via endgame activities
Also the paid battle pass gives extra
As a beta tester that’s how I see the currency which I don’t really mind on my opinion.
All the characters I want are A's, not S's, so perfect for me.
I don’t want to stress about hoyo either being generous or not to players, but it’s has to be mentioned whether ZZZ will even have enough wishes for F2P. Would further events give a lot of wishes or will the endgame be worthy to incentivize players to get the rewards…
well the producer of ZZZ is not the same producer or genshin or the honkai games so it’s sorta hard to tell but I did hear someone managed to get over 90 pulls on the standard banner for just playing for a week in the ZZZ cbt3 so maybe.
As long as the bangboo doesn't require you to buy wishing material, I'd be cool with that. I hope for bangboos, the game will give us bangboo wishing material through challenges and such.if we need to use irl money for them then the game is gonna feel really money hungry and push a lot of players people away from zzz
you can get 5 coup-ens (roll) for bangboo in battle pass monthly and extra 5 if you subscribed to it, but buying that for the sole purpose of the coup-ens is useless because you can get much much more from hollow zero that resets weekly, events, login bonuses, challenges, and collectibles
W-Engines aren't gonna sell well looking like that...

What is important to mention is that the base attack difference between 4 and 5 star weapons is small (40 is the worst 4star and 48 is the best 5star so it worst, it's just 20%). In wuwa, one of my main fears is that 5star weapons are way better than 4stars even on a base attack level (47 on highest 5star vs 33 on highest 4star is a whol ass 42.4% difference. The worst case is 47 vs 27 and that's a whole ass 74% difference in base attack). Weapons are fine as long as they are not a must and they don't make me feel like the chracater doesn't realy work if i don't get a weapon.
I think the bangoob banner is perfect fine even if you can tachnicly get a bit more from bp. As long as it doesn't impact the character pull economy, it's not a big deal. Tbh, they seem more extrensicly valueable to me than the weaons (since they actually participate in the gameplay) so i'm kinda surprised they are the freeish ones and not the w engines.
The base attack dont really matter since it depends of the passive of the weapon. Like in Genshin, Favonius weapons (some of them) have a lower base atk yet they are really good. So, the base attack dont really matter unless for a DPS weapon but again the Passive could compensate.
@@YouryCh. base attack matters a ton for any character that does things based on attack... yes, supports use fav but you don't see Fav Xiaos, Fav wanderers or Fav Yoimiyas running around. In fact, the whole reason Fav is good is that it provides more energy to your dps without building more ER.
Of course the passive matteres bit if you think the attqck doesn't, you are coping. Look up the weapon lists for any attack scaler and check how many random 5stars are in the top 10.
Also, there games are different from genshin. Genshin has a bunch of ways to deal damage while Wuwa has 1 (direct damage). There are some chatacters that diferenciate themselves (i can only think of Verian and Baizhi tbh) but the waste majority if the cast do in fact have to deal firect damage to the enemies to be useful.
@@bencegergohocz5988 I was talking about all the weapon overall but i guess i didn't understand you when you are talking about the the wepons for the DPS. If it was the case, my bad. Because for me, it mostly depends of the user.

I like LC vs Weapons cause you dont need to bother with aesthetics, "weapons" in Honkai look pretty good with their owners cause its a custom made weapon for them. Im using my Navia with Serpent, Chiori with some 3* sword and I sooooo dont like it, both weapons as as for aesthetically from the girls as possible. With LightCones its much easier + sure, we get a pretty nice art. On the other hand... I dont like Navias axe so if Navia was a Honkai character I wouldnt like her aesthetics, not 100%, so in Genshin you got some room for customizations, in Honkai you dont have it.
Would be nice to have skins in Honkai, affordable skins :)
Looking at ZZZ, not sure its my thing, dont really like art style of it, starting from the characters, tthere are fun ones, but a lot of them are too... plain? bland?

So same rates, same pity, with less characters on banner, so actually you get less. Somehow that's OK because the game is designed around a team with less characters. Am I missing something here? I'm also assuming you're not supposed to skip out on the bangboos because they will augment combat so now you also have that split currency for something. So you need the character, their weapon and potentially a bangboo to really build a character?
Well the pity is the same so you get the same amount of characters. How do you figure that “you get less?” What I was saying is it’s easier to target certain characters because there’s 2 instead of 3
@@TheJelloShow I was originally thinking if pity is the same then for the same number of pulls you get the same number of characters but there is less rate-ups on the banner. I think that means you will get more character copies quicker. That craft system seems like HI3 so that could be nice too, if it's like HI3rd then the grind for those materials will take a long time but atleast you can select stuff you want or missed out on.
Honkai impact 3rd also has teams of 3 characters
