My Boston terrier did horribly on raw diet. She regurgitated constantly, had acid reflux, lost weight and condition. I tried many brands, bone content and tried home-made. I really wanted it to work, but it didn't.

My Shihtzu is underweight. He always had a history of gastric issues and has spent his puppyhood mostly on flagyl and sucralfate. He is just 1.5 years old now. Got diagnosed with Dysbiosis/ IBD beginning of this year. Tylosin + probiotic paste for a month ,which helped a bit. Now we are on homeopathy meds since March '22. He also had / still has a behavioural issue with food ( fussy eater). We are trying to slowly change it. His proteins are mainly chicken,it's organs,lamb or goat meat and veggies. He is on Cooked food .It isn't a balanced diet as it doesn't have eggs or fish or other supplements.. He isn't a fan of both, fish or eggs. He does eat one egg / week. How do I get him to gain atleast a 200gms each week or month? I see channels making video on how to help dog lose weight but rarely or nobody makes a video on how to help them gain weight 😭
