Homie you gotta tune out your 88cc. That thing sounds like it’s slow coughing for life… look up 88cc’s and yours should not sound like a 2 stroke paint ball gun.

yeah, that powerband shlud kick in later in the rpms but it cant reach it bc of the tune, lean it out a bit id try litfting the needle

Where you located at brother? I’m running my 97’ on a 88cc big bore and high volume oil pump, also the tb heavy duty clutch basket set. Klx 110 forks and same still little z50r wheels. Running different sprockets than stock so that’s when I win ;)

ds80 is way more powerful bike than pw80 and the same size. its also 5 speed i had one with a racing reeds, racing expansion pipe, keihin 24mm carb lol, and played with ignition timing a bit. it would hit 90kmph with the proper gearing

You didn’t take into consideration wheel size on the pw80 vs the small little ct70 or z50 wheels on the 88cc. It matters alot as well as the fact I bet you kept your sprockets the same right? If you switch up tires and sprockets to the same size as pw80… 88cc will kill it 😅❤
