GBO2 GM Sniper II (White Dingo): The king of stun spam!

- This video contains two older matches I had with the LV3 GM Sniper II White Dingo on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 400-500 cost general with great leg damage, short stun cooldown on a low heat rate beam rifle, access to Observational Data Link and good turning speed. Its weaknesses would be that it has overall meh ranged damage output compared to other midrange generals, poor durability and no good way to break through Maneuver Armor. This suit is basically a Sniper II typeswapped into being a general. It has the same playstyle except that it trades the firepower of Sniper II for very short stun cooldown, along with the overall strengths and weaknesses of the general class of course. I am not that good with this suit, but I still think that I was able to show off how many stuns you can throw out with it. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon at LV3 is a beam sniper rifle with 2000 (2640) power, 50% (90%) heat, 3 seconds cooldown, 20 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 510m (810m) range, 3 seconds focus time, 50% (80%) stagger value and 1.4x leg damage modifier. This stops to fire and charge, but has excellent cooldown and heat rate. It has pretty decent damage, so you can basically just shoot this all day long to get stuns out down range. The extra leg damage also means that you can break legs quite effectively, so make sure to break the raids legs whenever possible.
Its primary weapon at LV3 is a beam saber with 1961 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and standard modifiers. This has below average power for 500 cost so you really won't be getting much out of this in terms of damage, but you can situationally use this to infinite stunlock enemies by rotating between rifle shots and saber swings. Going for the knockdown is pretty effective as well.
Its first sub weapon is a head vulcan pod with 99 power, 30 ammo, 450 RPM, 6 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 150m range, 742 DPS and 3% stagger value. This has alright DPS and slightly higher stagger value than normal, but it cannot stagger on its own.
Its second sub weapon is a hand grenade with 1230 power, 3 ammo, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 13 seconds reload, 1 second swap time and 50% stagger value. This has meh damage but it is pretty free to just throw these out there while waiting for the rifle to cool off a bit.
The LV3 GM Sniper II WD has 15000 HP, 20 beam/ballistic resist and 14 melee resist. This is pretty poor durability, though it isn't that much of an issue since you aren't exactly frontlining in this thing. It has LV1 Emergency Evasion as is standard.
In terms of mobility it has 125 (128 including ground affinity) walk speed, 180 boost speed, 55 thrust and 63 (69 including affinity) turning speed. This is ok mobility for 400 cost but it becomes worse relative to 450 and 500 cost. Again though, this isn't too much of an issue since you will probably be positioning like a support anyway. You don't need a ton of speed to do this.
Unlike most generals, it has access to the normally support exclusive skill Observational Data Link. This lets you see the HP levels of enemies within radar range and shares it with allies. This is a pretty useful skill to have if you want to maintain it when your regular support dies, meaning your team has less downtime where they can't see enemy HP levels.
Overall I feel like the WD Sniper II is an excellent choice for 400-450 cost, still remaining a pretty good choice in 500 cost. The ability to break raids legs easily makes this great at defending supports, its stun ability also synergizes very well with supports since it can effectively stunlock from long range if you work together. You lack serious damage output against other generals but even here you can harass them with your stuns and set up your teammates to take them out. I can highly recommend this suit for anybody with good aim that wants to support their team with stagger output, though I would recommend the original Sniper II instead if your team doesn't already have a support. This thing cemments my hatred towards GM Snipers in general, and then I remember how one guy suggested to add Gundam Build fighter suit to the game... that included the GM Sniper K9.

I remember joining a custom room and the team I got put on was running almost all white dingos. I decided to join them so there were 4 of us on white dingo and it was hilarious.

WHITE DINGO ENJOYERS BLESS UP! Running full leg damage mods and being an absolute demon tapping legs gives me so much adrenaline its absurd. Mike Breen BANG calls every time I get a leg shot man... no suit is as fun at 400-500

@@avenger1_gbo260 Its chest and head vulcans fire together which makes it do good stun build up for its base cost I think too. Which I dont see many people taking advantage of.

Ive always used the GM Sniper II, but never once have i used the WD variant. Perhaps I should give em a try.
This MS is super underrated in all aspects, i literally managed to speedrun from D- to A- mainly using this MS on PC and i will always use it as much as possible. From my PoV it's major points are: Being able to do a Support role while you can protect yourself from Raids in case your team loves to left you alone, precision + speed which is perfect if you made it full leg breaker build and due the factor of easy stun you can even combo with melee (i managed to pull a 5-hit combo with this thing). All in All, it's a great MS if you wants to play as an Support but are affraid of being left alone to deal with raids (which is constantly) or if the map isn't with a lot of buildings to obstruct your aim in long-range distances and are very open (like the desert map, trenches and etc)
Would it be a lot to ask for an EZZ video? Im trying to learn it better as i see it do pretty great still in the 700 meta thats basically under a constant power creep, though my succeses are a little above average at best. Juat little things like knowing when to close the distance and which melee weapon to syar of combos with, along with whether i should be using the vilcans often or bombarding stuff from a distance with the relatively strong missiles. And the tricky transformation that can be hard to time outside of Biosensor.

So its not just me, when im up against a white dingo, they can shoot like 10 meters to the right of me and i still get hit. But when i use it, i gotta hit dead center. Games a joke.
