5 no potatoes
.250 gm fresh green peas
2 onion
2 tomatoes
.500 gm basmati rice
2 tbsp oil
1 spoon ghee
whole spices
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
5 green chilli
chop coriander
salt to taste
