1 kg chicken
1 kg basmati rice
.100 ml oil
Whole spices
.500 gm onion
4 tomato
1 tsp turmeric powder
.200 ml curd
2 spoon Kashmiri mirch powder
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
.50 gm fresh coriander
.20 gm mint
6-8 green chillies
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp shahi jeera
Salt to taste
1 tsp kasoori methi

Please add this to the description on ytour comment. | made the biryani .. it was good but the rice were not great as i used 2cup water / cup of rice. I had brown Basmati rice.
I live in Australia and I couldnt get many ingridents like black cardmon and mace but it still tasted much better than what is served in most top resturants here.
