Not using any fancy tools…. Those little Knipex bent needle nose pretty fancy I say…. Love their stuff like that… My insulated socket set finally arrived from Knipex…. SAE Set with ratchet extensions and 5/16 thru 3/4 for working on the spicy bits of energized equipment….. I think the sockets are aluminum or certainly alloy… also I got in the other week a small pair of Knipex pliers as I was curious…. A small duck bill style and they call them telephone pliers….. any idea where the telephone comes from or why that designation? And the sockets…. Ever messed with that set? Sure was a few coins for aluminum sockets if that’s the case….
those new low profile boxes are meant to be packout compatible by going inside the organizers replacing the cups i believe
Looks like it was designed to go inside, replacing one of the trays.
Same as the rest of their new line of packout compatible bit cases
I think so yes.
I was about to say the same. I’m watching this video in my shop and I have that same bit set sitting in my packout organizer right now next to me.
Looks like he just came up with another method of using it which is cool too
The links are both for the stealth mounts. I think this is designed to go inside the packout, replacing a tray.
Finally found someone who nerds about tools as much as I,cheers to you Sir👍
Yep because thats a rare thing or something lol wtf are you talking about
@@dakotalamberson4980 righto Grumpy👍
They go inside a packout organizer!!!!
My OCD can’t cope with how crooked that ended up doc, I get the idea though
Me too! At least use a nyloc nut because the flexing will loosen that setup over time.
i may have to start using packout and 3d print those aftermarket parts myself
The tool genius DOC never ceases to amaze 👏
Perfect time to use a ratcheting bit driver
I wish they would sell these smaller cases by themselves. Would be good for small parts in my tool bag
They do but it’s cheaper to get them with the bits. That tray is $7 empty and $10 with bits but was on sale for the holidays for 8 or 9 with the bits.
@@billyboyd418 Good to know. Thanks
Your entire channel is about tools and you couldn’t be bothered to remove the bit holder strip and use a socket!?
With the washers and nuts can the top row of bits be lifted up or does it rub against the washers
Wow this was very educational ! Yes Doc , you are doing it all wrong ! 🤣🤣🤣
If you take everything out of the case, what is the longest bit you could set in it?
My OCD would never allow that to snap into place and not be centered over the square below it. Lol

it won't be a true packout bit box mod until you add to it the packout audiotape reader and two packout speakers
Hope this was tongue in cheek, doesn’t seem that way 😂 goes inside the organizer, multiple comments have mentioned
this woulda been a cool april fools joke lmao
All the gear and no idea 🤣🤣
Doesn’t it fit into the front of one of the pack out containers? Not on top but on the side in front.
It’s designed to replace the compact bin and they make a medium that replaces the double bin.
Link to bit set goes to stealth mounts not bits
Butchered that, didn’t he :)
