Not really I mean for a beginner mabe impossible without some sorta injury occuring although I'm only starting up on my second year of training and this whole summer 3 months in already and I've been doing training based off of Baki the grappler with just about everything and a little bit of roranora zoro from one peace Neck and Jaw training so far I've gotten my neck and Jaw strength to the point that I'm able to work 40lbs in both my Neck and Jaw believe it or not Baki Hanma his training is actually very possible as long as your getting enough protine in your system and getting enough sleep you should be good as for training how you train as hard as Baki is you workout weights for 30min-1hr take a 10min break to have a healthy shack or as a rest break or if your used to training then you can just go to the next step which is cardiovascular and stamina training aka running basically what you want to do is find a place that you can safely travel 2 miles to and back basically 4 miles total you want to start with jogging if your a beginner run if your a regular and can do so safely with some jogging breaks if you need it and if you get your lung endurance up high enough and are really used to running then do what I do and Sprint with running-jogging breaks to catch your breath you want to try and work sprints for 1min-as long as you can before needing to take a break and then jog for around 2-5 mins or until you have cought your breath and are able to Sprint some more you want to be done with your 4miles within an hour without hurting your self because you don't want a injury and then when you get home or where ever you go to rest try and have alot of water to help replenish your fluids and to keep hydrated then have a at least semi healthy but filling lunch and if your tired stretch out as much as you can for about 2-5mins then after that our could eather take a nap or meditate for about 10-30min that's if your tired although you want to stretch out anyways and try to do so multiple times daily because it's very healthy and helps improve flexibility and after you have rested for about an hour then you do some body weight exercises such as push-ups crunches pull-ups chin-ups squats lunges jumping ect although do what you can do out of all this but don't just avoid it if you cant do it now work up to it you know because every body works and reacts differently so you just kinda have to experiment with it also if anyone noticed I just listed weight training but not exercises that's because you don't want to do the same exercise and you don't want to exercise in any specific order you want to be constantly changing your routine so that your body can't fully adapt and so that you don't his a platue in your training then if you haven't overtrained which if your a beginner this could be the case slightly repeat the process of weights training-cardio-body weight exercises-streaching although not in any specific order and This is the most important part don't forget to get lots of rest and good quality sleep and make sure your getting at least a thousand calories in throughout the day you also want to consume plenty of protein to help with muscle soreness and to help boost muscle recovery and overall developed the reason why you want to try and do all of this daily if your can is because one it's as effective as it gets for training it's intense an if you work hard enough and push your self hard enough this training will help you activate and release your endorphins which is a pretty good thing to go for although like I said try and do this do what you can for now and build up from there by doing this training I was able to cure my Asma, go from only being able to EZ curl 25-35lbs to now being able to max out 100lbs and I only weigh 110lb but that's mostly because of my bone structure and body type before I started training I was skinny fat and weighed only 98.9-99.8lbs and I had at least 5lbs and at most 10lbs of fat and I was tired so being skinny fat and semi weak I say that because I've always have been kinda strong as a child untill I was a tween and I just was good with one of the three legs of fitness which for me was sleep the other two are fitness and nutrition... I'm sorry I made this so long but I just kinda had to do this to help people out although seriously if your a beginner be careful with this I'd say 15 min cardio 15-30min weight training and jumping with some crunches to start out as kinda a toned down version of this because I don't want to cause anyone to get an injury or injury's oh and what ever you do don't give up if you decide you don't like it anymore then slowly build down but still try and burn calories so that you don't go completely out of shape and put on 20-30lbs of fat I don't want that and I'm sure you don't eather
Majin Malice very few things are impossible and this is not one of them as long as your going by realistic standards with your training and how long your training during the day safely your going to see very good results no matter how you look at it because it's literally every type of training all in one routine so this is the only one size fits all workout regimen because it's everything so some how it's gonna work and give good results.
HangOverKid HD My lack of motivation doesn't necessarily come from the fact that im lazy, im just a busy young man. Specifically with highschool academics
Training myself for almost 10 years, and my finalization of certification happens this month. I would actually say Saitama's training works once you have built yourself up and can use your rest time to DO his training regime in sets. So for example I do upper body on Mondays: Scapula Pullup paired with pseudo planche pushup or hollow body pushup. Do the set with the reps you want then rest time: start with say 10 push, 10 sit, 10 squat and rest of the time to jog in place or high knees. Once you get to a level where you feel comfortable (This took me time to get to), you can do your normal workout with even higher sets like 40 - 50 reps of Push, Sit, and Squat. At times if you are on rest days or your workout is getting harder, you can dial down or even just do Squats if youre doing upper body and Push / Situps if youre doing lower body. Sit Ups may stop being effective and you can move into things like V-ups or Hollow Body holds, Hanging Leg Lifts, but you can still do them for added benefit in my opinion. (You could do a variation like elbow to knee, or lying down l-sit to engage your lower abs and just do crunches, or even the straight back slow negative situps). Right now: I do full L-sit pullups, paired with L-sit Tuck russian dips paired with 40 reps of push, sit and squat.. Cardio wise: Leg days I box, and upper body days generally I run or bike or do HIIT for about 20-30 minutes. I am an odd duck, and Ill take the criticism if you can read through all of this. Take care hope this was good info. Use Full ROM, be careful, warm up and stretch ALWAYS and take your time with everything you do. The results will follow if you push yourself.
Uncle Iroh is actually has body that I'm working towards in terms of ability. Thanks for reminding me about that video. I'm gonna check it out to improve my handstands.
Man, I just gotta say, I really love your videos. I'm trying to train for boot camp right now, and I've learned a lot about training from your videos that are helping me progress a lot faster than I originally thought I would.
Don't know what you're smoking but gravity training is pretty much impossible irl. If you went above maybe 4-6 Gs, you'd almost certainly pass out each time you stood up. It's not a question of your muscle strength, it's a matter of your heart being able to pump blood to your brain. It would DEFINITELY kill you.
I watched to the part about zorro. I rewatched it and I stand by what I said. You said "...no beating around the bush, that would kill you... unless you did it all regularly. Like, you mastered your body through weighted calisthenics and built a strong, massive bod, then by all means it works, but it's definitely going to be difficult to learn and to master doing all those handstand push ups and all those stuff like with weighted clothing but it's achievable but it's like... very danger if you tried to like, do it the way they do it in the series, just like plop 'em right into a hundred times or ten times or getting blasted by a cat god, so yeah, that's a... that's a no-go." I'm taking issue with the part where you say "unless you did it all regularly". There's no "unless"... that shit makes you dead no matter what training you do. You were just talking about how the gravity training would kill you and this is definitely true, but then it's like you imply there might be a way to survive it? But there isn't, even if you were jacked to hell and back... no amount of muscle would make even moderate gravity training feasible.
Dunkleosteus I saw it as him just fumbling with words a bit. To me it seems like he was saying you could do what they do without the extra gravity. Also with weighted clothes
That's true. I would have really enjoyed hearing about the training Krillin and Goku did with Master Roshi in Dragon Ball. Back when it was still sort of a martial arts anime, the training was only barely outside of human limits, like running 10 miles with a 50 lb weight on your back or something.
lol surely there is a way to train your heart to pump blood harder right?? in all seriousness though, the lack of blood going to your brain wouldn't be the most immediate danger of training in higher gravity, pretty sure your organs would be completely destroyed.
been applying some training stuff I learned while watching your channel and they work like a charm (from 120 to 114 kg in a month plus from push ups on my knees to full ones as well), just wanted you to know that and now I have some motivational animes I knew but didn't watch thanks to you ;)

5:15 - "make squats a core part of your regimen and have fun!" squats =/= fun squats are the opposite of fun but.. big, ludicrously powerful legs are pretty nice to have...
Mine would be Eddie Brock. The guy literally has Alien Steroids as a suit, but still chooses to be the peak of the human condition; so he can go head to head with not only Spider-Man, but also Marvels other Heavy Hitters.
In my opinion training(especially bodyweight/calisthenics) is amazing for you no matter what age you are as long as you're careful and use proper form. Don't try the extreme ones, especially since your body is still in development at 13, but you can totally do a bunch of the tough like the toons workouts that Jax has made man! I encourage it. If anyone tells you it will stunt your growth they don't know what they're talking about. I don't know why people believe that.
Easily. The majority of these workouts are just bodyweight exercises and cardio. Any kid that's been in sports or martial arts has been doing similar stuff for years. You're more likely to injure yourself by trying to do a handstand push-ups and falling on your face than anything else.
Wait you have to live without A.C as a part of saitama training to train your mind and his training was everyday without skipping any days which is not possible for an "avg person"and other thing which i Don't remember don't you underestimate saitama training routine
I had an insane training idea awhile ago, like it's crazy and stupid to do but. it takes 2 years to complete. 6 months spent on a remote island. You may only leave once you have built a sustainable home and raft though, you must also be able to punch a thin tree down by the end of the 6 months. 0-6 months on the ocean. your servivle will depend on how well you built your raft, all you have to do is navigate yourself to land and servive. 6 month in the desert. you must learn to hunt as food will be scares, also you must be able to jog and run in the mornings. Final 6 months in the North/South pole. you can only leave after the full 6 months and you must be able to fight a poler bear fist to fist and win before you may go back. finish, you are now a legend
I can handle Deku’s, I’m 14 and I’ve been training since quarantine for 5 months and I have 5 more months to go, but I already have the six pack, big chest, muscular arms, and leg muscle. I started off skinny just like him too. I plan do my best PLUS ULTRA 😁✨

Majin Malice very few things are impossible and this is not one of them as long as your going by realistic standards with your training and how long your training during the day safely your going to see very good results no matter how you look at it because it's literally every type of training all in one routine so this is the only one size fits all workout regimen because it's everything so some how it's gonna work and give good results.
for people curious it's "Alex stinkt"
Many thanks
Imagine if Yujiroo had One for all
Ultra Instinct watch your ass then lol
Delaware Serious punch SMASH!
I noticed the digimon necklace, love that man :D
If only i had the motivation to actually do these workouts
Vareesh Ordo if u need some motivation go check on jax motivation video
Vareesh Ordo trust me just do it for 2 weeks you get motivatet directly like i found my love in MT
HangOverKid HD My lack of motivation doesn't necessarily come from the fact that im lazy, im just a busy young man. Specifically with highschool academics
Vareesh Ordo i am young and busy to but i can do it i got really rare time but yeah 🤷🏽♂️
So what training do you guys do
Thank you for inspiring me to contrinue to push myself to work out and try more challenging workouts
DEEBO! Back to Youtubing again :P done witcha partying ;P
Yes Michael xD haha good to be back
Training myself for almost 10 years, and my finalization of certification happens this month.
MrLittleSam it's Iroh bro. A Kind and wise uncle indeed
Yesh, I know. Auto-correct got me.
Baki is such an amazing anime it needs wayyyy more attention and appreciation
Love the vids Jax hope you reach 300k soon
shit u rite XD
@@mystical2846 The intersection of bodybuilding and anime has a small demographic lol.
AAAAAAA This video was so satisfying to watch!
Dumbbell Nan kilo moteru has an anime now :))
He reacted to it
No shit
Just discovered your channel you’ve literally combined my favorite anime and working out into one dope video
*EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!*
Since I'm a SADO-MASOCHIST
3:47 ur wish came true bro XD the anime is dope
Dude... I know I'm kinda late... but this list is so good..
I literally said that in the video. like those exact words. You clearly didnt watch the video or listen far enough before commenting A+ :)
I watched to the part about zorro.
I rewatched it and I stand by what I said. You said "...no beating around the bush, that would kill you... unless you did it all regularly. Like, you mastered your body through weighted calisthenics and built a strong, massive bod, then by all means it works, but it's definitely going to be difficult to learn and to master doing all those handstand push ups and all those stuff like with weighted clothing but it's achievable but it's like... very danger if you tried to like, do it the way they do it in the series, just like plop 'em right into a hundred times or ten times or getting blasted by a cat god, so yeah, that's a... that's a no-go."
I'm taking issue with the part where you say "unless you did it all regularly".
You got the anime for How heavy are the dumbbells you lift
ALL MIGHT LONG...
been applying some training stuff I learned while watching your channel and they work like a charm (from 120 to 114 kg in a month plus from push ups on my knees to full ones as well), just wanted you to know that and now I have some motivational animes I knew but didn't watch thanks to you ;)
Saitama's easily, if I really pushed myself probably Deku's.
Which is the best start
I like how you got a paused anime on the tv in the back ground lol awesome bro. It looks like my hero.
Jax's back😁😁😁😁
Present. Wish the notifications for my TH-cam account wasn't limited to my music. I have been waiting! Love this topic and all of your content, looking forward to what you'll speak on next✌
I could totally do the Choji training regimen.
Bro I'm stoked you got your show!
awesome man dope!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video bro.
5:15 - "make squats a core part of your regimen and have fun!"
squats =/= fun
squats are the opposite of fun
but.. big, ludicrously powerful legs are pretty nice to have...
Mine would be Eddie Brock. The guy literally has Alien Steroids as a suit, but still chooses to be the peak of the human condition; so he can go head to head with not only Spider-Man, but also Marvels other Heavy Hitters.
Ima train like they do in jojo part 3->
Not using ur own body
Glad I saw your comment on James's Netflix video. Love the channel, dawg.
*Sees Vegeta in the thumbnail*
Me: Nope
krillin are better than vegeta xD
This is a good topic. Thanks for covering it. Awesome!
I'm not even at Saitama's routine yet. Still definitely a beginner, though your videos are helping me figure it out.
This was choice. Great video man.
Ik he's not anime but Batman's training would most likely kill you in real life 😂
Next time ;-)
Yeah it would, you’d die of exhaustion.
He takes roids made by wayne enterprises which is more legal and but dangerous in the long run
You video quality has grown so much, keep up the great work nice video
Would it be healthy for someone my age (13) to do any of these workouts?
In my opinion training(especially bodyweight/calisthenics) is amazing for you no matter what age you are as long as you're careful and use proper form. Don't try the extreme ones, especially since your body is still in development at 13, but you can totally do a bunch of the tough like the toons workouts that Jax has made man! I encourage it. If anyone tells you it will stunt your growth they don't know what they're talking about. I don't know why people believe that.
On a ton down scale with proper nutrition and pleanty of rest, damm straight.
Easily. The majority of these workouts are just bodyweight exercises and cardio. Any kid that's been in sports or martial arts has been doing similar stuff for years.
You're more likely to injure yourself by trying to do a handstand push-ups and falling on your face than anything else.
fire ass episode! this put me on to a few new anime/mangas to check out.
Wait you have to live without A.C as a part of saitama training to train your mind and his training was everyday without skipping any days which is not possible for an "avg person"and other thing which i Don't remember don't you underestimate saitama training routine
So glad I subscribed to this guy.
Big fan of saitama don't forget he keep his house room temperature for 3 years my boy not a big feed but you mist the training his mind metely
I honestly can't stand for that..
everything is fine, but please not with the temperatures
lol
I plan do my best PLUS ULTRA 😁✨
just binged danberu. loved it. thanks for mentioning it :)
10:52 made me chuckle lmao.
“Ya ass is getting FOLDED in ALL types of directions”
I dont know which anime makes me want to train more naruto or dbz
SpeedGaming Dbz
Naruto has more of a solid story plot wise and makes it a lot more motivating
One piece is the best anime NO CAMPPPP
Dbz is better for that but naruto has a better storyline and its more emotional but dbz is the 🐐
Dbz cuz their way more jacked
Never fell asleep jogging but I have hiking lol 😂
It's your first video back and you haven't even came close to the topic of the new VENOM trailer
You acting TOTALLY different
Hey @JaxBlade i just wanted to say that ive been watching your channel for THE LONGEST now and im even getting certified in personal training but... I completely respect your respect for iro lol
