Jason demolished a car and lifted it and up then threw it down, he also has tossed people several feet high up in the air, he even could tenderize people into meat or smash walls.

I feel for ya jax lol. I was bullied horribly in middle school for being weird and super nerdy. Wasn't cool to like star wars or Pokemon anymore. Didn't help I was a tall kid so was a target for that too. Tried to make friends but was awkward and then id get bullied more. I never wanted to hurt anybody but the almost daily attacks both verbally and physically made me learn to defend myself. So when I finally earned the right to be left alone by fighting everyone. I realized i was alone. But learned how to fend for myself. Long story short though I'm doing well these days! I make no apologies for being nerdy and weird lol. I have awesome friends who are right there with me. Just had my first boxing match(glad i got that first one out of the way. Ended in a draw but my coaches and more experienced teammates wanna help me keep improving!) and gonna move onto my next match. I own that I like training and fighting even though me learning in the first place was because of a bad situation. And other weekends I'm gonna hit up anime conventions and strike jojo poses with my friends. I guess whatever has happened back then we can stand strong. And help others along the way. Jason is a odd case, in part 2 he was a normal human with average strength and was even over powered by Paul. But in part 3 (which only takes a place a few days after part 2) he is incredibly overpowered and immortal in strength. This man (or monster) took body transformation to the next level. Don't know if that is possible tho...
Apart from hunting and killing animals, skinning, chopping them up into pieces for storage on a regular basis, is also a daunting task in itself, especially if you do it alone. A good example of a sheep: it is not a particularly large animal, but slaughtering it and skinning it, then chopping it into sizeable pieces is a quite a task for 3 grown men if you don't do it regularly. In short, Jason could have also acquired some of that extra arm and hand strength, as well as endurance just from the hunts he's brought back to store.

And I do believe you are right all that type of enduring string and the string training hunting stealth so on so forth would have definitely made Jason Voorhees one of the most intense Hunter / Warriors out there. you know what you should do next man an exercise on if climbing and body weight exercises will get you lean and ripped or bulky and strong like the athletes.

I would say he probably did rope climbing for trees, meat hooking, log stacking. That would make him very strong. I don't think he fought bears or hunted animals like an animal, he could set traps. I don't think archery would give him that incredible strength really. But you know what I really think? That his deformed face wasn't the only defect. Maybe he had genetic conditions that made him grow more muscle, and/or use more muscle fibers. And maybe even not feel pain as much. Plus mind state and hormones can cause a person to tolerate pain much more. Imagine someone with that emotional trauma and inner hatred. Humans don't use all their muscle fibers when they use their muscles. For good reason. Some people, though, can use more of their muscle fibers than other people.

Not to mention, they weren't threatening Jason, so he won't have self defense on his side. Correct me if i'm wrong but when jason "drowned" he was 11 or 12 and a year later after jason's "drowning" when Pamela killed her first two victims jason would be 12 or 13 years old and a year after that was when Pamela was decapitated which he would then be 14 or 15 years old.
