    Good to see you are making a comeback from your injury, your arms may not be what they once were yet but I can tell you are putting in work to get them back to what they were so keep at it man and go slow dont let your injury get any worse, constantly improve. You are looking a lot better than before and thats something to be proud of. Keep at it

      Thanks so much. Thats all Im doing is letting my tendons get better one day at a time, but physical therapy helped a lot and Im working on get em back.

    An interesting video would be the Naruto ninja academy training program. I’ll never forget the flashback Rock Lee had when he was an academy student, and the teacher instructed a class of 9 year olds to run 100 laps outside. Left me flabbergasted 😮

      something like that would actually be easier for children than for adults, with how weight scales with hight, children can run forever.
      keep in mind that they aren't running laps the size you see in real life race tracks, their laps are noticably shorter and they also aren't running on solid concrete or that plastic stuff gym floors are made off, they're running on dirt which is the stuff that humans are made to run on.

    Three days of gym per week slays me.
    I throw in some self defence in between too, and boxing, but...anything more would destroy me quite literally.
    I have type 1 so I try to stay active, but I have my hard limits.
    Good for you for being so active though - and thank you for doing these vids, I am so envioys of people who do not have health issues

    Peace be to you Jax! I REALLY appreciated the way you covered this topic. I have to say, I have to resist envying your youth! Training whilst aging is a VERY painful process which requires more healing time from hard workouts and injury. I have really tried to make myself into the closest thing I could to Batman (earned a few college degrees, learned new languages, aquired medical knowledge, esp. in forenscic science, and , studied several types of martial arts, even competed at one time). The thing is, this takes FOR FLIPN' EVER! And you never truly "MASTER" anything! It's expensive and time consuming! And by the time you get a proficient understanding of certain things (say a master's degree in a particular field, you forget what you learned within a couple of years. Same for a particular martial art (started with Southern style Shoal in at 13 yrs.old doing karate now at 50!)🥋. For a real training killer, try getting married, having kids and getting established in a career! You'll go from Batman to Fat man in a very short time!🤣😅 Anyway, keep up the great work! I'm proof that you can enjoy good animae for years and years (started out "Sub marine Boy in the 70s)!😁

    Two more points:
    1) I am almost positive there is 0 scientific evidence supporting the existence of photographic memory. (If I am wrong please let me know).
    2) Self injectinjecting poisons (S.I.ing) is not recommended by any medical or scientific professional, as the consequences significantly often outway the benefits.
    For a book going in depth on both of these subjects I recommend:
    1) Moonwalking with Einstein
    2) Venomous - how earths deadliest creatures mastered chemistry

    for guts if you make his video you should use HEMA (historical European martial arts) as they train martial arts using medieval references and longsword and great swords are used pretty commonly. London Longsword is one of my favorites.

    Real question:
    I've been working on weight loss for about 1/2 a year and I'll admit I'm happy with it; so far I've lost about 11% of my starting weight. Anyway, I've noticed a change, to the point I can look in the mirror and not be disgusted, my question stems from noticing "abs" or patterns similar, I am a big boy (310 starting 272 current) but I'm fairly sure the definition is more than "how the fat rolls". Any insight anybody?

    Hi Jaxblade cool vid almost enjoyed as much as the first one... still a good video thanks man... so for the next one could you do Jojo's Bizarre Adventure please... please do it for Joseph and Caesar because the training is seriously rushed in part 1 for Jonathan and there virtually no training in part 3 onwards because it's all about powerful Stands. Seriously if you could a 'tough like the toons' or a 'would that work out' for jojo part 2 that would be cool too.

    The training for the marines isn’t very hard. It’s more of a mental game. SEALs train close to the level of an Olympic athlete.

    Hey jax, is body cell activation a thing in RL? I have seen it in some animes and CN cartoons. Subjecting very low amounts of electricity to the cell(Low enough that electricity doesn't actually harm the cell) to get more out of your exercise? This thing mostly shows up in the animes where the body usually has some inner energy(chi, ki, chakra, nen, spirit energy or whatever) that can actually affect the body. But when I tried to look up on the internet it actually showed the Electrical Stimulation Therapy to low-voltage electric currents to treat pain.

    Hey jaxblade, I basically train in martial arts, and my strength seems to be kicking. The way I train is heaviest on my legs, pretty hard on abs and core, but a bit lighter on upper body because I'm heavy handed. Im also trying to drop a good amount of weight so I am wondering is there a particular character that you think I should look to? Whether it is anime or comics, I am quite interested in what you think would be best, but the only character I could truly think of is maybe Sanji from One Piece. Any character would get me interested to do more research.

    I just learned today what I thought a long time ago.
    Basically always start with a bar and learn what you can handle don't be afraid to experiment within your level.
    I pushed myself too hard one day shoveling snow and now I got a torn shoulder muscle that will be with me for the rest of my life. THEY DONT TELL YOU YOU CAN HAVE PERMANENT INJURIES DUDE LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!

    I would do all of them at the same time in parallel universes and then I would sum up all of my progressions in one universe together
    Then I am godlike
