    Just made the morning bake. Was amazing. My first day of slimming world again today. You've really helped yo inspire me and give me ideas for good that I've always struggled with. Thank you so much

    Love these videos! Some great ideas, I think the only hex b bagels are the seeded thin ones don’t quote me on it xx

    Pizza bagels are beautiful however I mix my puree with oregano and water for less of a tomato taste its beaut xx

    Mint sauce is 1/2 syn per tablespoon, There is a syn free one that you can buy from B&M which is a sugar free one it’s very popular amongst the members in my group, I love the breakfast bake you could also use Heinz BBQ beans which are also free to switch up the flavour if you like BBQ flavoured things they are a real staple for me. Ooooo the curry looks delicious I love a chicken tikka masala, A good rule of thumb is 20 kcals = 1 syn it’s good for a rough estimate & it’s often spot on I find xXx

    Definitely going to give the breakfast bake ago was just wondering with your chicken Teaka was it spicy I love curry but I cannot deal with it being too spicy

      You definitely should :) it had a little spice to it but nothing hot at all. My two year old really enjoyed it, I just added a little fat free yoghurt :)

    I normally make a pizza with a ww wrap and put Tomato purée ham,tomatoes, mushrooms and pineapple and cheese on top I love them they are so tasty and free as you use ur hex a (cheese) and b for the wrap much nicer than the tiny slices of bread your allowed, some great ideas you have there for food will definitely try some, my biggest mistake is I don’t write things down what I eat although I have a journal to do it but I do forget more often than not 😃

      I definitely need to try that one! I find planning really helps and then writing down what I've had makes me feel accountable and less likely to have something really bad :) x

      @@andreia9312 no there's only the porridge I like out of them all which I get fed up of too if I have it too often, but I've just finished with SW a few months ago but need to go back as the dreded weight is creeping up again and I struggle to do it on my own just havnt got the willpower, I need that discipline of going to a class every week 😏

      Snacking can be hard, I think planning my snacks definitely helps. I will generally have things like baby bell, yoghurt, fruit, boiled eggs, crudités and dip or rice cakes. Wow, 2 stone is amazing :) x

      Hi, I generally try and aim for around no more than 1800 on a typical day. I try and exercise at least a little every day but I've not been that great at going to the gym of late....need to get back to it :)

      I try not to drink any alcohol during the week and if I do I syn it. At the weekend I will sometimes :)

    Please can you do a what you eat in a day for teachers like myself?
    I deffo haven’t got time to make breakfast or lunch like this as we don’t really have that long at lunchtime and break time is literally 15mims if not shorter if one of the children are having a drama and by the time we get them out I can barely drink a hot coffee 😩😂

    These recipes have quite high cholesterol? Not sure they as super healthy as slimming world say they are - even if you lose weight they are not doing much for cholesterol?

      To be honest I don't look the cholesterol levels in foods but it's something I definitely need to be more aware of.

      Lisa Priest, to lower Cholesterol its back to basics. Good fats , such as avocado, salmon, etc.. and stay away from bad fats , dairy and trans fats . Hummus and avocado are good substitutes for butter
      Almond milk ( unsweetened) is good on cereal. If Cholesterol is a problem you need to really eliminate or reduce dairy. No red meat. And white lean meat/fish in moderation. Have a look at Dr Joe. He's a UK Dr, who has had his own rollercoaster with Cholesterol, high BP etc. He has an amazing youtube channel. It's vital we managed high cholesterol. I am going through this now. I don't miss cheese, but thought I would. I've basically had to make some small but significant changes. It's not a quick fix, but I don't want to take a statin so I'd sooner do my part to avoid this. Oats are great, as are beans and pulses to bull up. A lot of stuff advertised as low fat will have lots of sugar in it . So that's also worth remembering

      It’s tricky to follow a really healthy eating plan pros & cons with most things we eat. Think it’s all
      trial & error and finding out what’s best for our own meal plan. A good balanced diet I just don’t know what that is anymore, some say low carb some say low fat some say sugar & salt free too much conflicting advice.
      I think slimming world can be a very good healthy eating plan which can give good results but once your off plan I find the weight goes straight back on it can be tricky to maintain wish I knew the answer . I think a Mediterranean diet is healthy but tricky in U.K. I still prefer to follow a slimming world plan other than go it alone. I find a lot of fat free foods can have a lot of sugar in it. We need to have eyes everywhere and look at the traffic light system. Low carb plan helps me but it’s all individual preference really. Not sure what a good balanced diet is anymore but slimming world certainly can help if followed to plan but exercise can play a good part as well. X
