    Your video's have inspired me to start Slimming World . I have been doing the diet since 1st of May and i have lost 4 stone 10lb as of today . My goal is to get to 5 stone weight loss and then try to maintain it. Your food idea's and tips have kept me going and given me hope. Thank you .

    I think the soup looks really good, not sure about crab sticks!! love the videos, I'm back on Slimming World next Monday after a very old birthday so please keep these inspirational videos up. Now go way get well and rest your voice ! :)

      The soup was yummy and lunch for a few days. Haha i love crab sticks but know they're not to everyone's taste. My daughters love them too, strangely one of their favourite snacks x
