I like the body paint. Really sells the idea of a tribal warrior from some underhive.
I was thinking these guys would make for decent Kroot proxies. But abhuman underhivers is a neat idea, too. Or some abhuman Imperial Guard.

Sweet paint job. Really like the sculpt.
Nice mini, for the gas mask, to add a "creepy alien" tone, you could paint eyes' interior silver, then add a drop of transparent red from Valleijo.
P.s. the body pattern is a good touch.
