I called the police after a heated argument with my boyfriend all I wanted was for him to be spoken to or for him to leave cool off and come back we have never hit each other it’s the very first time he for goes to court im no longer at his apt the location the arrest was made I did not put charges on him the state did it’s his apt and he’s not allowed to come back how can he get his charges dropped this is causing so much stress I don’t have contact with him at all but I feel it’s unfair to him he went to jail 3 days what can he do to get charges dropped
