Someone crashed me and fled. That's why I'm watching this.
Thats a dub.
Three types of probation. Pretrial probation, non deferred sentence.
What if the grandson gave me permission to be there, I was never given notice from the grandfather not to be. The 2 Sherriff's were biased due to the friendship with the grandfather. He even said so when I told him he was not being fair, I'm a veteran and he treated me improperly because of my past. 1 should have been removed after a divorce and the other I had a mental breakdown and had nobody to help me get out. I took the charge because they said 3 for 1 and I was released that day.
Total max sentence is 37 1/2years imprisonment.
I’m out of jail recently on 1 count of False threat of terrorism and 1 count of Explosives delivering with the intent to frighten 1 count habitual 2nd degree for a non- violent crime from 27 years ago.
How long were u in jail?
Please advise me on verbal abuse by neighbors: name calling, make fun of how i look. Austin TX.
If you are on probation your life has now been put on a higher level. Kinda like living day to day walking barefoot on a field of broken glass, egg shells and loaded with mines. You now have to be as close to godly as possible.
Is there a crime if i were to slap Abbott or Paxton? And if so will you represent me?👍

None of my other civil rights were restricted except… I was tried by General Court Martial 35 yrs ago, found guilty of 3 non violent misdemeanor charges (indecent language, failure to follow a written regulation, and dereliction of duty). Punishment was a 4 grade reduction in rank, a $45k fine, forfeiture of all pay and allowances for the remainder of the involuntary extended service period (4 months). I was retired for length of service with an HONORABLE DISCHARGE. Two years ago, Army restricted my 2A rights to purchase firearms (this, after 33 years of being able to purchase and had a CCW permit!), using the GCM as a basis. Prior to AND following my retirement, my records have been exemplary. I was fortunate enough to have served as a White House Liaison for the Secretary of Defense, held national security clearances at the TS SCI level and internationally with NATO TOP SECRET-Atomal (nuclear weapons information), and recovered my national security clearances in my civilian life. I have no record of violence since serving in Vietnam where I was wounded twice. How can this be taking place? How can I get an explanation of this floating extrajudicial punishment??
Well my car is private property,it's mine,it is not owned by the public
I believe if a dog is used it is illegal, and here's why,the dog is a police dog,it's registered as a police dog, there for it is an illegal search, they need a search warrant
Him looking to help protect these low life cowards tells me his character as well.
Low life selfish cowards
Thanks for helping these low life pieces of sh.
I had a talk with our local sheriff recently about this. This county has a canine officer. A friend of mine was pulled over for a rolling stop by this LEO. It escalated b/c my friend made a comment about seeing the LEO do the same thing. You can guess what happened! Out came the dog & the whole thing was recorded by my friend as well as the LEO. My friend recorded the dog being 'cued' by the LEO & said that's all to the LEO. My buddy wound up tased with an obstruction charge. It went to court & was dismissed b/c my friend had been a paralegal in his earlier years. My friend recorded that LEO for a year catching him doing rolling stops, etc. That LEO caught on to this & went out of his way to stop him every time he could. It eventually got the LEO fired.
Please mention that even if the driver does the tests correctly (or there isn't nystagmus) the cop just lies.
It doesn't matter if the driver had a few drinks or not, the cop still wants to arrest a driver for driving at night. The cop can simply lie, and will. MADD gives awards to cops who make a high number of arrests. Virtually every person arrested for DUI is ordered to attend a MADD victim impact panel, for which MADD collects a "participation fee," hence MADD gives awards to those cops who generated the most revenue for MADD. The field sobriety tests are junk science made up to justify arresting people and eliciting guilty pleas or convictions from judges or juries, whether the defendant is impaired or not. The goal isn't to determine whether or not the subject is impaired, the goal is to make an arrest. Ophthalmologists never testify that the horizontal gaze nystagmus test is valid, because this isn't a recognized concept in the medical world. Even when the subject performs the tests correctly, the cop just lies and fabricates ways the subject "failed." Prosecutors and judges fully tolerate this, even when video exposes the cop's sworn report or live testimony as false. If a defendant is lucky and the police turned over the exculpatory video, an innocent defendant may be acquitted. His life will still be disrupted and ruined.
My son was charged with this but he said I didn’t see the police and when he was behind him. He pulled over but he was going fast and didn’t see him when he did he pulled over. He just got this and we have not got video yet and just hired an attorney. He is 22never been in trouble 2 associate degrees. Just stupid and young. They said the da is hard on running he will probably have to do a little stay in jail. I hope not.
Minor crimes shouldn't be stored in the database cause it damages one's rep and some things done to protect yourself or others can be tagged as a crime which won't help the society at large , i tried putting off the fire in my neighbor's house to prevent a spread when they were not around i was charged with breaking and entering and it affected my chance of getting a new job and house to rent until i came across someone who recommended a programmer whom was a great help to me , cleared my record from the database no background check can bring that out and there are other people in this situation , it's all confusing most times
you're right some actions needs to be investigated properly to avoid mistakes like that and you're lucky you had someone who could help you clear it all
i got the best help , it came at the right time
this is an amazing occurrence to have a programmer hack and clear your data from the database
it wasn't suppose to happen in the first place if i wasn't charged because i helped someone
enjoy your open opportunities , i'm happy for you
what if you’re caught with a gun while on P.O but you’re not talking to the victim
Doesn’t there have to be a primary charge to be under arrest for you to be charged with resisting arrest
