Love the videos. They really help alot! Defendants could use any help possible! We dont have many resources and options! We appreciate you! 🙏 Could you please make a video on Domestic Violence Unlawful Imprisonment? Id be grateful forever. I'm fighting that charge in Cowlitz County. Getting ready to hopefully hire a lawyer!

The Police is trying to serve me a Civil Temp Protection Order in WA State & also asking my signature on Declaration of Non-Surrender of Weapons, but does not know my address. He sent an email & made a phone call saying, if I don't sign the Declaration, the Judge can order a warrant. Should I sign & scan it back to him? Can Temp Protection Order be served over an email or zoom Court hearing in WA State?

If you want to drop charges you can but the police, prosecutor or even court or social workers may try to heavy arm you by threatening to remove the children from your care if you backtrack. So what you do is that you write q statement saying that you withdraw all allegations. Do not state that they were true. And definitely do not stae that they were false. Show the document to a TRUSTED lawyer before forwarding it to the police or, far better, get a lawyer to do that. After that, do NOT talk to the police else you could find yourself charged with something. Just ask them to put any queries to you VIA YOUR lawyer. And keep up your prayers and give charity.
