The bit with Cal jumping from stone to stone to avoid the sand monster thing reminds me of that level from the old Jedi Academy game with Kyle Katarn and Jaden Korr. Wonder if that was the inspiration for it.
that level still gives me nightmares....

The desert level and staying on the rocks reminds me of Jedi academy during that one rescues mission.

Some of the music in the Cantina, while he’s looking at the repair fish tank, made me feel like I was back at motorhead concert lol
The planet we spend a lot of time on is very interesting geologically. From basalt columns (fossilized volcanic activity) to clearly visible sedimentary layers (could be an ancient ocean) to features like carbonate terraces.

Man, Dagan's no Malicos but he's twice as dangerous as he was from the high republic era, his eternal years of training made him a formidable opponent against Cal.
To finish and upload fast, I’m thinking he won’t bother with any side missions, so we miss the recruitment mechanic and meeting companions. Hoping it was just that first video and a few are mixed in.
I hope he recruits all of them.

Wow! For the first time we actually get to see a Jedi corrupt their Kyber Crystal and turn to the Dark Side. Or maybe Dagan hasn't turned to the Dark Side, but just went in a different direction consumed by anger and a desire for vengeance against the Jedi Order, which means he's going after Cere.

i like and prefer the stories in this over the rey trilogy. the cloth and hair simulations are so janky though, lol.

Playing Horizon Burning shores currently. The graphics on that game are stunning and sharp, this looks ugly in comparison. This is PC ultra setting? damn son.

I feel like they should only make games like this first person. No more third until they figure out how to get main character animation better and camera movement. I rather have a full screen of the environment and the enemies. This will hide the collision with the non interactive trees and bushes. We know its a game but, then there is no point on improving graphics and mechanics if you're not spreading the love. lol. Also why is his hair moving when he's not in motion, while indoors. Stop it.
