I wouldn't be happy he's not using the clutch at all to shift
It’s not that big of a deal because it’s not under a lot of load
You don't need to. All you have to do is ease off the throttle and it'll shift up no problem

Did you notice any valve noise or excessive ticking coming from the cam chest? Are you happy with the woods 555 in the long run? Anything you don't like about it?
