@S. fan bases take decades to build, they tried creating a big club fanbase in the past 10 years, Liverpool have been building their fan base since the 60s and are still nowhere near united, city were bottom of the barrel before the investors came in, and they pumped so much money in and clearly fiddled with finances to try and make them into a big club, they still have no fans and cant fill their for some games. fans are fake and their for the current success, if they get relegated, there will only be 1 team in manchester.
Financial power/stability and non inteference with the staff is what people ought to care about. I think it's a bit far fetched to think that J R being a fan is necessarily going to be better. It might even be a liability if he starts doing things like influencing transfers personally.

This is something that the media has created confusion over. The group that own PSG and the group of investors that are looking to buy United are separate entities. The media has just lumped them all in as Qatari money. It'd be the same as saying Boehly and FSG can't own clubs because they're both American.

Its all just a game for them that long term will massively damage the sport and levelnof competition
Say thanks to the small clubs getting owned by them,Started all this…
This will only enhance the gap between the PL and other leagues to the point when other leagues will be almost just a waste to play there we will see in the future all the top players will eventually come the premier league because why stay at crap league with crap wages rather than joining a billionaire fest league .. i think its a good route for english football in the future but we will witness the decline of other league very soon
With Ten Hag and billionaire owners United could dominate English and European football for years to come. Exciting time if you are a United fan. As ETH said in his first press conference when the dominance of City and Liverpool was raised: “Eras come to an end”.

Of course they are. LOL. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani is the emir of Qatar and the owner of PSG.
As a United fan, I'm a little uncomfortable with this I wont lie. I think it's a losing battle tho, these kind of ownership deals are only going to get more common
We need these types of owners. Not ones who will pussyfoot when it comes to new signings!

Would prefer Sir Jim as we know he loves the club and will do everything he can for it, but then again i’d rather have my cat own United than the Glazers so as long as they’re gone we are fine lads💯
United being back at the top will benefit the premier league I don’t think they will try and block any moves by Qatar
Rather have the Qatari investors. They're innovative as everyone has seen with the world cup and will implement the same idea with a large club and brand as Manchester United (Especially with a new iconic stadium)
What was the innovation at the world cup exactly? Are they're going to ban gay people and women at Old Trafford or something?
@MrGts92 oh how we all hope they ban immorality, but unfortunately it's not in their hands if they do own the club lool. Hope you know qatar's world cups been recognised as the best of all time yh??
You're a plastic fan.
Jesus I don't think you know United fans if you think they want a new stadium. They just want Old Trafford refurbished
@Kevin B do not tell me because I want a new stadium I am a "plastic fan". So you'd rather be the 21st century Nottingham forest and fall apart internally and externally, sound like you like the idea of fletcher having a directorial role. No. New owners, new structure of roles from the manager up, new stadium (with the clubs heritage), new training grounds. We're a big club recognised around the globe, we should show it. Superstars the likes of ronaldo come back to a leaking stadium infested with rats, you think future stars will find any of that attractive?
Would be cool for ratcliff too own as he is Englishman but i stiil dnt think He has enough money/resources.
All I want is owners to modernise the stadium and training grounds. Then I’ll be happy
@S. amen. Crazy us United fans want so little and we can’t even have that lmao
The ideal would be an owner who sells half of the club to the fans so we get a a say in our future and what happens with the Glaziers is never repeated
Sell half of the club to the fans after spending their own money to buy the whole thing? Are you smoking a bong full of chicken broth? Idiotic statement!
You gona get 3billion from fans? 😂

we already have our revenue streams they would not have to create new revenue streams to fund us...
Man city needed to try and become a bigger club then man United as they have plastic fans and can’t fill the stadiums so they spent way more money than they should have
@S. fan bases take decades to build, they tried creating a big club fanbase in the past 10 years, Liverpool have been building their fan base since the 60s and are still nowhere near united, city were bottom of the barrel before the investors came in, and they pumped so much money in and clearly fiddled with finances to try and make them into a big club, they still have no fans and cant fill their for some games. fans are fake and their for the current success, if they get relegated, there will only be 1 team in manchester.

Can you imagine how much Man United would be able to spend on player transfers and wages if they had a state owner rather than an owner who took large amounts of money out. They would dominate because of FFP.
“How else can we make the super league happen”? “buy all the top clubs”
hmm nah, american owners want that, not the arabs.
You do realize that it is mostly the American owners that want football to turn into like NBA right ???
@@afrizal8275 no, the arabs just want the kudos. So the clubs they own are simply status symbols.
This is being orchestrated to bring in the super league all these foreign owners got our clubs by the balls. To bring in the new system the old has be destroyed or broken. The PL integrity will be broke soon and from that the big clubs will make the super league.
@@kevinb9830 i mean, owners who wanted Super league the most are americans, not the arabs. the arabs doesnt care Super League. and that is one of the reason glazers, and FSG are selling their club now, they failed to make European version of MLS.
I wish big businesses would invest in smaller clubs. Imagine bringing a League One club to the Champion Leagues the excitement would be amazing.
This is why Ryan Reynolds did it right
We don’t need a Todd boehly type to spend millions on players. We need a new stadium and new training facilities and scouting teams. We could make millions by having a successful academy promote what we can and sell the rest.
Most sound submission here
Hopefully we can now get a state of the art stadium. The Glazers have been skint from day one.
Stadiums don't win trophies
Another step closer to the European Super League if this happens.
How ? Psg and Qatar were always against the super league
So a stadium has gone from 1Bn to 2Bn. More than they spent building multiple for World Cup?
Ridiculous.
500M-1Bn should be enough surely.
As long as the clubs needs are met I honestly don't care who comes in. The new owners need to invest into the club; renovate Old Trafford, modernise training facilities, the list goes on, the things that the Glazers refused to touch. Utd are so far behind the curve it's like they're still living in the 90s

They don’t need money

I don't mind. As long they want to see United dominating once again. Starting with the stadium and training facilities
We don't want Jim, we would rather someone who will invest heavily in the club.
Man Utd fans right now: “Here comes the moneeeeey, here comes the money”
People saying they want winning and the club not to be run like a business. Qatar see Man Utd EXACTLY like a business; a way to diversify their economy which relies too heavily on oil money. They won't actually care about the fans, the same way they don't care about working their slave "workers" to death to build their stadiums. They'll make sure fans are happy just like at PSG by bringing the best players in the world, but no real regard for the on-pitch football. They would be basically a richer version of the Glazere 🤷🏼♂️ Can we stop having owners from countries where basic human rights are not respected ? 🇸🇦 🇶🇦 🇷🇺 I doubt it'll ever stop as the premier league and other sports organisations are too hungry for money. Perfect example is F1 and all their races in countries that have no racing or sports culture and only see it as an investment to bring in more tourists and investors to the country. Soft power used to make a bad country look better.
Plus the fact they have that much money kills the competition. And as we'll see with Man City, to get around FFP is not that hard and they always get away with it. What's the point 🤷🏼♂️
I just want us to have serious owners who are willing to back the manager
I have nothing against Middle East investment but I am secretly hoping for a closer to home and even UK investment

Isn't it true that out of PSG & United only one will be allowed to play in the Champions League? PL rules state so. Can anyone shed some light on this?
This is something that the media has created confusion over. The group that own PSG and the group of investors that are looking to buy United are separate entities. The media has just lumped them all in as Qatari money. It'd be the same as saying Boehly and FSG can't own clubs because they're both American.

Says an idiot . Never doubt the intellect of United fans . We are not plastics like u . Glazers are reactive people not proactive.
