What are good export settings to not lose quality on social media? I film at 4k 24 fps

I recommend 30, especially for social media platforms. The export settings depend on the editing software you’re using. In short, the key is to ensure your video is in good quality. You can set the export to automatic for social media platforms-for example, use the Social Media preset in Final Cut or H.264 Master (with the rest on auto) in DaVinci Resolve. Adjustments to bitrate don’t make a big difference; I’ve tested it. And, of course, don’t forget to check “Upload in highest quality” in the social media platform settings.
