I was very disappointed with the Pitt loss but decided to give this regime another chance to redeem themselves to put an ugly loss behind them and show up to even compete against a tough team in Iowa State. Long story short I knew that game was over by half time even though we were technically still in reaching distance. I have not watched a game or kept up with it since. I myself can find better things to do with my limited free time and until they decide they want to move on from being mediocrity I'm done as well. This team and staff is what it is at this point.

And as they go back to a smaller conference where they came from a new president will hire his own people. But right at this point I think you're going to see Baker put in the hot seat. Billboards and all, a very divided West Virginia fan base just delaying the inevitable. But a new ad will be able to cancel that second Charlotte game that will be a plus.
Light schedule next year and maybe 7-5, 8-4 season and Brown stays. Again medrocity is the goal. However, if get a new President who wants to achieve to the good, excellent or elite status in sports and the UNIVERSITY then both Brown and Baker are gone. This is a reasonable outcome. The offense isn’t the problem. Won’t be a problem next season. Special teams isn’t a problem. Doubt it will be a next year. Having a more seasoned DC seems to be the missing piece. I think Brown has an admirable job with the aspects he’s had direct control over. A new DC should turn things around.

The players don't give up like they sometimes did under Holgs. NB got 1 of the 2 wins needed for Wren to easily make the excuse to keep him another season. (But one could argue that for the 1st time under NB that they did give up in the Kst game.) The players have bought in for 6 straight seasons now, but unfortunately that goes to show that players these days are sometimes to easily gratified. I know it'd hurt, but I think WVU needs to bite the bullet & fire him at seasons end. I disagree about fans shouldn't pull their financial support if they're not happy for its the only way they can make their voices actually be heard for otherwise they'd just be ignored. Undeserved contract extension(s) have put WVU in a pickle when added to its other issues, so NB will probably be back unless we completely implode & I don't think that'll happen

We are all tired of Brown. I thought he would be a great coach when hired but it is way past time to let him go. He sucks. He’s held onto Jordan Lesley way too long. We demand better. Thus far all Wren has done is get rid of the best basketball coach we will ever have in Coach Huggins. Yes he made a terrible mistake. It’s horrible what he did. What’s worse is Wren comes in here and fires him as an outsider. Hugs didn’t hurt anyone. And now we’re keeping Neal Brown-stain? Quit the stupid decisions. Get your head out of your ass.
I loved Huggins but nothing lasts forever, we are lucky to have devries he will be an excellent coach.
