Gordon is so humble, inquisitive, open-hearted, gracious, and cultured. I love getting to take a peek in kitchens that I would otherwise never know of. A traditional Cambodian menu, in this beautiful restaurant..what a treat to get to briefly learn about. Reminds me of when Mr. Rogers would visit people's jobs to learn about their livelihood for a day.

I thought they were kidding or just didnt want to teach me haha. Btw im a filipino born and raised in the philippines, i know how to speak tagalog and some dialects. Most people here also speak really good english, atleast the ones ive been friends with. I think cambodians should be more proud of their language. When i heard people speaking cambodian i thought it was a beautiful language and i instantly wanted to learn it from them in exchange id teach them how to speak tagalog. But for some reason my friends there never spoke with it. Anyway ive taught my friends how to speak tagalog andits crazy to think that they know how to speak some tagalog but cant speak cambodian.
