I always had great respect for him being a hands on chef. The way he chops, fillets, Cooks from scratch always felt amazing. I absolutely love these types of videos. Both because I love Gordon as a chef and seeing him interact with new and interesting cuisines is amazing, but also because it's really interesting to see the different cultures and foods of said cultures around the world in places you normally wouldn't is amazing.

Usually I watch these and think how lucky I would be to have Gordon cater my meals, but for this episode I can’t help but feel how lucky it would be to be Gordon having a meal with this tribe. What a cool job he has!
