    I have CPTSD and sleep 3-4 hrs a night on ambien, Going on 4 years like this. I have tried many things to get my sleep back. I'm desperate for sleep. Depression and anxiety as well. Finding a counselor to help has been exhausting. Need hope and direction.

      There's so many things that can help, but you'll have to wean yourself off Ambient SLOWLY!

    SSRI's what does anyone know is in these tablets/capsules? Its all an MKULtra programming, and people respond as they believe in it or not? PLACEBO EFFECT - i belive all issues are trauma responses deal with the root and the symptoms go away

      This doesn't relate to that at all. And no, not everything comes down to trauma - that's too reductionist.
